Author’s Note: This takes place in a different timeline pre-apocalypse. Waking up to a usual routine, Caleb wasn’t expecting such a unique request. “A game? I’m a system developer and a programmer with hacking skills. Why would anyone want me to design a system for a game?” The new request in Caleb’s mailbox was from an anonymous source and no matter how much Caleb tried to find out about them, there was no mention of the company on more than one website. There was no other contact information other than via the email Caleb was sent. It was a very suspicious email and job but Caleb wasn’t a stranger to this. In fact, he was intrigued.
