I thought I would be able to take a few hours away from him and get space to think but I couldn't.
I raised my hand and knocked softly on his office.
"Come in," his deep, steady voice called out.
I opened the door and stepped inside. Theo was sitting behind his desk, surrounded by tall piles of paperwork and old pack maps. When he saw me, the serious, tired look on his face completely vanished and he immediately dropped his pen and stood up.
"Selena," He smiled warmly. "Is everything okay? Do you need anything?"
"I'm okay," I said softly, walking closer to his desk. "I just... I have an idea, Theo. And I need your help."
