Selena’s POV
My eyes slowly opened and the first thing I felt was pain. It felt like someone was hitting the inside of my skull with a heavy hammer.
I groaned loudly and squeezed my eyes shut against the brightness of the room.
My head was overwhelmed and my brain felt heavy. I tried to move my fingers, but my body was weak and exhausted.
I slowly opened my eyes again and looked around. I wasn't in my bedroom instead l was in a hospital bed. The air smelled like strong medicine.
For a couple of minutes, I panicked. I couldn't make any sense of where I was or how I got here but then suddenly, a chair was pulled somewhere near me
"Selena" a woman's voice gasped.
Claire suddenly appeared right next to my bed and she let out a loud sob of relief.
"Oh, thank the Moon Goddess" She cried
