There was a series of great celebrations in Marion"s honor throughout Bangs just before the Christmas holidays. The Brookses invited the trio over for Thanksgiving dinner, providing a smorgasbord of game meat and pastries. JD"s ranch house was next, as the three couples met there on Friday and were treated to Nora"s special recipe for lamb stew. They next spent Saturday night at the Sanders Ranch hoedown as the cowboys prepared their best barbecue and rolled out the barrels until the last men were left standing.
