My eyes flew open and I just cursed. I did not know what time it was, the sun was not there for me to stare at yet I just knew it had been a couple of hours. Was it still the same day or was it the following one? My legs swung from the bed, getting nothing but a dizzy spell with my whole body begging for more rest, too weak for its own good yet resting was not on my schedule. My door was wide open yet I doubted anyone even walked down to that part of the house. The lights were always on since it was dark, no windows in sights.
