That Is My Only Fault

Chapter 3

I know her company is in loss. Why not? My company got most of the projects for the last three years. But they did some of the beneficial projects too. I don't know how their company went in loss. Their profit got decreased by us. But still, how the company fell down I have no idea. So she needs 60% of the profit from this project to overcome this loss may be. Well, welcome to hell Nira you have made my work simple.

"Sir, I am ready to give 75% of the profit to Ms.Joshi's company but I have some conditions. I want to speak to her alone for few minutes.", I said this by smirking at her.

"Sure, there is a cabin on the left side, you both can discuss whatever you want and come to a conclusion. Then, you both can come back to my room to say your decision", saying this Mr.Rajvanshi left.

MR.RAJVANSHI'S POV

I know Paavak's presentation is far better than Nira's. But this is the only way I can bring them back together. God has given me a chance to repay you. I will do this for you.

NIRA'S POV

OMG! I think you have heard only half of my prayer that is why Mr.Rajvanshi is saying that he wants to give us 50% profit. I need at least 60% of the profit to come out of the loss. As I expected, Paavak declined. But I need the project at any cost. So, I said I am ready to do the project if he gives me 60% profit. But to my shock Paavak is ready to give me 75% of the profit. I am damn sure something is cooking in his brain. Otherwise, he would have never accepted for this.

Now, I have to talk to him alone in a cabin. That thought itself is giving me goosebumps. It is not like we have not been alone but now it is different. I asked Shreya and Dhara to sit here and wait for me. Also, I have warned them not to fight with Kirush Bhai and Vir. I know if I don't give them this warning their world war three will begin anytime.

We both went inside the cabin. My body started to shiver when I saw that he locked the cabin.

"You are behaving as if you have never been with me in a room alone", he said with a mischievous smile.

"Paavak please, just come to the point. I know you have something cooking in your head. Otherwise, you will never accept the deal and that too by giving me 75% of the profit", I said in one go.

"You have become smart baby, I never knew that you are a fierce cat too. Yes, you are right. I have some conditions to work with you in this project. If you accept the conditions, then I am ready to work with you", he said.

"Tell me your conditions", I asked him.

"So, I have only three conditions. First, I want you to work in my company for this project. Second, I don't want anyone from your company to come and help you. Only you are allowed to enter my office. Third, you will come at 7 am sharp in my office and will leave by the time I ask you to go.", he said by looking at me.

"I agree with your conditions. But I want a slight change in second condition alone. Allow at least Dhara and Shreya to visit your office because my company has some other projects too. If there is an emergency they need my help that's why I am asking this change.", I pleaded to him.

"Fine. Only they two are allowed. Other two conditions no changes. You can come to my office tomorrow. I will make my lawyer to make papers regarding the deal between us so that you can't escape.", he said coldly.

"Ok then, we can leave now." I said and started to leave the cabin.

He suddenly grabbed my hand and pushed me into the wall. His one hand is on my waist.

"Welcome to hell baby, you are going to beg in front of me to spare you and accept your crime soon", he whispered in my ears.

I shivered when he said this. After that, he unlocked the cabin and showed his hand like a gentleman. This man is going to be the death of me for sure.

I looked at everyone in the waiting room. We said our decision to them.

Shreya didn't agree at first, but then accepted as it is for our company. Dhara was extremely happy when she got to know she could meet Paavak whenever she wants.

We both got inside Mr.Rajvanshi cabin. He was waiting for our decision. We told him that we are fine to work together.

"OK, then I need the project design in 2 weeks.", he said with a smile.

"Sure, sir.", Paavak said.

I just nodded and we left the cabin.

"We will meet tomorrow, Ms.Joshi", he extended his hand saying this.

"Sure, Mr. Agarkar", I said in a firm tone.

PAAVAK'S POV

I know she will agree to my conditions. It is good that she asked for that change in second condition I can meet my sweetie pie often though I have to meet Shreya too. When I pinned her into the wall I felt shivers in her body, I am happy that I still have the same effect on her. I am waiting to torture her from tomorrow. But still I don't know why Mr.Rajvanshi wants both of us to do this project together. There is also another question which is eating my head now. Will I be happy after breaking her?

DHARA'S POV

I got perplexed when Mr.Rajvanshi said that he wants both the companies to join and do the project. But the thing which surprised me more was JJ and Sis accepted to do it. I am happy who knows, this may bring them close together again. But I am scared too. Because I know JJ is still angry with Sis. I should do something to bring them together. But who will help me?

AAVIR'S POV

Bhai has definitely gone mad. He accepted to do this project by giving 75% profit to Joshi's. He said the three conditions which he asked Ru to do. Anyways, it is time that we both should make Nira's life a living hell. I know by doing this we both won't get our parents still we want to give punishment for our parent's murderer in our way. But will I be able to break her? Or I am going to break myself? God, please help me.

KIRUSH'S POV

At last I can try again to make these two realize their love for each other. I don't know whether Paavak's parents got suicide or murdered. And I don't know whether it is Nira or anyone else? But I know these two can never live happily without each other. I don't want to think about the people who are gone now. I want to unite two souls who are alive. I will definitely bringNira and Paavak closer. This is my jackpot.

SHREYA'S POV

I know why Niru agreed to his conditions. She very well knew, it is for revenge. I am sure she is strong enough to handle any situation. At the same time I also know that two dirty pigs are capable of doing anything to break her. I have to speak to Sreesha. She is the only one who can help Niru in that office.

SREESHA'S POV

I don't know why Paavak has agreed to this deal. It is definitely not going to bring him any profit. Maybe, because he still want to seek his revenge from Nira. From tomorrow Nira is going to come to our office too. I am damn sure Paavak is going to do something to her. I have to find out what is cooking in his brain.

NIRA'S POV

We three went back to home. I said to my uncle what all happened. He first didn't agree to this, then eventually accepted. He even asked me to take Dheeraj with me. But I refused, saying about Paavak's conditions. I went to my room after having my dinner. Tomorrow is going to be a new start. But I don't know whether it is going to be good ?

CHAPTER 5

NIRA'S POV

I woke up at 5 am today since I have to reach Paavak's office by 7 am. I got ready and saw that the time is already 6 am. It takes 45 minutes for me to reach his office. Though morning there won't be much traffic still I can't take risks. I went inside my parents room and saw them before I leave for work. My aunt compelled me to eat something, but I said that I will grab something in office.

I reached his office at 6.55 am. Security said that already his boss said that I will come so I didn't have much problem to enter his office. There is nobody in the office. Of course, who will be here at 7 am? Except me. I called Paavak. Yesterday he gave his card before leaving the hotel. Thank god he picked up the phone.

"Good morning baby. You reached on time. That's great", he said in a sleeping tone.

"As if I have a choice? When will you reach here? What should I do? Moreover, stop calling me baby. Nira will be fine", I said firmly.

Because whenever he calls me baby it is giving me hope that we will get back together. But I don't want to have any kind of hope now after hearing the news that they are searching bride for him.

"OK Ms.Nira Joshi. Now coming to the point, start designing the project by combining both our presentations. I have sent you my presentation in the mail yesterday itself. Then You can use my computer till I reach the office. I will allot a cabin for you. The password for the computer is 211093.", he said it in one go.

Did he just say that the password is 211093? That is my birthday. Why will he keep my birthday to be his PC password.

"Why are you not replying? Nira are you there? Don't think too much I just kept your birthday yesterday to be my password so that it will be easy for you to access. Now go, and do your work", he said coldly.

I know that guy can never keep my birthday as my password. Leaving these thoughts behind, I started working.

PAAVAK'S POV

I said to her that I kept her birthday as my password yesterday, which is a complete lie. From the day that system was placed in my office, my password has been her birthday. Well, I don't know myself why I kept that as my password. What are you Nira, an angel or a devil?

Aavir has another meeting to attend so he left with Kirush today by 8 am itself. I reached office by 9 am. My employees will reach by 8.30.

I saw that Nira is working in my cabin. I went inside and she glanced at me.

"Mr. Agarkar, I started working on the design as we have to submit it in two weeks. Can you tell me which parts of the design should be our company's idea? So that we can complete it soon", she said looking at me.

"Before that, sign these papers. All the conditions what we made yesterday is clearly written here. I want everything in written consent that's why I am asking", I said smirking at her.

"Fine. Give me the papers.", she said, and got the papers from me

She was about to sign.

"Stop. You have not read the papers yet.", I said.

"I trust you", saying this she signed the papers.

This is going to cost you a lot Nira. You are going to regret for not reading the papers.
