Chapter Fourteen

"Gosh! That b***h! Just wait till I get my hands on her!" Trixy squealed like a little spoiled brat that she is. I glared at her. My blood boil when she continue rambling about Bella. 

"What? You guys are not gonna go and get her ass? She disrespected me! That poor b***h have the audacity to splash a wine to me!?" 

"Will you ever shut up? You deserve everything that she did tonight. You disrespected her and worst, you accused her and her mother. " Wallace snarls, "So f*****g annoying."

"I don't remember talking to you, Wallace." Trixy rolled her eyes. "Aren't you going to do something about this, Leon? She literally bullied me!" 

I closed my wrist to prevent myself from strangling her neck to death. 

"I wished she stabbed you with that goddamn fork." I growled. I stood up and held her left arm harshly. "What did you do to her?' I asked dangerously.

"I-I did nothing! She's a lying bitch."

"One more insult to her, and I'm going to make sure you will not get out of this mansion alive. Don't try my temper, Trixy." 

"I'm not afraid to you. I did nothing. Are you really gonna side on her?" 

Fuck yes. I will always on her side, good or not, I will always be on her side. Always. 

“Oh really? How kind of you.” She rolled her eyes, still drying her melted face. 

I was so proud of my girl when she popped off like a queen and roasted Trixy’s ass right in front of my guests. She ate her alive and left no crumbs. 

That’s my girl. Damn, that my baby; so strong and feisty. 

“But, she’s right you know. You’re dumb.” Sage muttered after a long silence. 

Crow chuckles, shaking his head in amusement, “Bella burned you to the ground and turned her back like a f*****g queen.” He says. 

“I loved the show but I hate your nasty mouth.” 

“Doll’s on fire and someone got roasted. If I were her, I’ll hex your ass to the next week.” Damon commented. 

The guys said their opinion about the little show Trixy pulled tonight. 

What is wrong with her? Yes, Bella can get everyone’s attention by just standing, emotionless. She’s a f*****g crowd favourite. 

But that doesn’t gave this little slut a reason to accused her on something hideous like that. This kind of rich people really sucks. 

“Is that b***h a witch or something? You all look like under her spell.” 

I prevent myself from slapping her face because she’s still a woman but she’s really trying my patience. 

“No, she’s just kind and nice to all of us. She understands her place. She knows how to shut up and how to voice out her opinion.” Pol says, taking his whisky in one gulp. “Looks like, Wallace is not the one who’s gonna be murdered tonight.” 

Wallace pointed his finger to Trixy. “It’s you, my sweet. I will murder you myself if you said those offensive things to me.” 

“You want some idea how to get away from murder, Lee? Bella told me earlier that you could use a sharp ice stick as a murder weapon. It will erase all the DNA print.” 

Sage winked at me. 

“My father will not let this bullshit happen to me! I am well respected and you morons are just sitting there casually doing nothing!” 

“Let’s see if your father can do something that will harm Bella.” I narrowed my eyes towards her. 

“Lay a hand on her and your blood will served as wine to your son of a b***h daddy.” 

I threatened her. Promising that if they do something that will harm my Bella in anyway, I will f*****g handle her whole goddamn family. 

“You c-can’t do that t-to me.” Terrified is visible on her voice. A smile of victory is plastered on my lips. “Oh yes I can. If you think you know me, then think again. You don’t know what I’m capable of.” 

“Show me then. Since you are all head over heels to that poor ugly little girl.” 

“If she’s ugly then you are hideous. Get out of my house.” 

“What!? You cannot do that! I will not leave this house.” She whined like a little b***h. 

“Oh really? This is my house and I kick you out whenever I want.” 

I f0rced her to walk, we headed to entrance before I call on one of my maids.

“Milan!” I yelled. Milan appeared in less than one minute. “Get all of her stuff, she’s getting out of here tonight.” 

“Pier! Drive her to the airport and leave her there.” I commanded. 

“You listen here you dumb b***h. I told you, do not f*****g challenge my temper but you’re f*****g brave. Now, get out of my house.” 

Milan came down from the gran staircase carrying two bug luggages. She gave it to Pier, who immediately brought the things to the car. 

“My father will not let this slide, Leon. I’m telling you.” 

“Your father know why not to f**k with me because when he try, it will be game over for him.” 

I lifted up her chin harshly. “Lay a hand on my girl, and I will f*****g destroy you into dust.” 

I know all of her family’s dark secrets. Her father is too i***t to trust a Monzato. He told me every single of darkest nasty secret of the family. And in one snap of a finger, I can destroy her whole f*****g clan. 

“Do not f*****g comeback to this country.” I said and slammed the car door. 

I returned to the dining hall where the boys are chilling like nothing happened. They are eating their asses out. 

“Happy?” I ask sarcastically and the mongrels have the audacity to raise up their thumb with a cheeky smile. I grimaced. 

I returned to my seat and took the glass of cold whisky into the back of my throat. The familiar taste calmed my nerves as I think about Bella. 

For sure, Trixy made her suffer. Bullied her in any ways she can. I know her. If she doesn’t like someone, she will do anything to annoy that person and Bella became her victim this time. 

My poor girl. 

“Aren’t you going to check on Bella?” Psyche asked out of nowhere. 

“Later. I need to calm down.” 

“Check on her arms.” Wallace says, munching the steak like a f*****g animal. “Do not talk when your mouth is full. Disgusting.” 

“Mate, that is not how you eat a steak.” Damon laughed, and demonstrated the do’s of the proper eating of steak. 

“f**k you.” 

I waved my hand to dismiss their nonsense topic. “Why would I check on her arms? Is there a bruise again?” 

“That dumb b***h scratch her. Her arms is full of scratch wound.” My brother said. 

My rage raised again. She laid a hand on her? I should’ve put a gun on her stupid head. 

“When?” 

“Whoa. Brother dearest, chill. I didn’t do it. She told me earlier when I was ravishing the cake, I saw it accidentally and as the concern as I am, I asked her.” 

“No. You’re just nosy little shit.” Crow commented. 

“f**k you, Leonetti. f**k you.” 

“I mean, Crowy ain’t wrong.” Damon spoke, laughing. 

“And f**k you too, Karlsson.” 

“You love threesome? I mean, that’s not my cup of tea. Wild but not my cup of tea.” Damon said. Wallace threw a piece of apple on him but the git caught the apple. 

“I catch the snitch!” He exclaimed like a f*****g moron. 

“Anyways. Ask Bella for more, for all I know, that’s not the only thing she did to her.” 

“Why I didn’t notice that?” I asked. 

“Because you’re a stupid son of a bitch.” 

“Ace, we have the same mother.” I pressed. He raised his brow. 

“I said what I said.” 

I thanked all the god when these idiots decided to leave the mansion. The evening is getting deep by the hour and the wind outside is getting cold because it’s already Christmas season. 

The maids had finished cleaning and I instructed them to go to bed because it was a very long night for all of us, especially to Bella. 

Poor girl, got accused of something she never did and never will. 

“Bella loves reading crime related books and crime documentaries. You should give her one of your books for her to read.” Sage tapped shoulder and left. 

I nodded and locked the door. I made sure that every staff is already resting for tonight. 

I didn’t waste any time, I came to the kitchen and made some sandwich for Bella. A piece offering for not being aware that she’s getting bullied by Trixy and for being a stupid son of a b***h for letting Trixy stay in my house. 

So f*****g stupid, Leon. Stupid. 

I was in the middle of making the sandwich when Isaac came to the kitchen. I smiled at him. 

“Can’t sleep?” I asked. 

“Just thirsty, Sir. Been thinking how will I make the lilies bloom again.” He said quietly. 

“What happened?” I offered him a glass of water. “Oh, Miss Trixy ruined the lilies earlier this morning when she saw Bella happily working on it. Bella cried, Sir.” 

“She did that?” I tried to stay calm but I’m already in rage. Trixy is really getting on my nerves. 

“Yes, Sir. Glad she’s not here because for sure, she will make Bella cry again.” 

“Go with Pier tomorrow and buy everything you need to fix what she ruined. You know how much Bella loves working on that flowers.” 

“Okay. Have a good night, Sir.” 

“You too.” 

I gripped the wine glass tightly. She scratched her arms open and then she ruined her lilies. I will literally put a bullet on her empty head, she will not leaving alive if I see her again. 

My jaw clenched as I walk towards her bedroom door with the plate of sandwich and a bottle of milk on my one hand. She never had dinner and this will help her fill that stomach. 

I knocked three times, waited for her to open the door. It feels like forever before she opened the door. Her beautiful face welcomed me. 

She’s wearing a short night ties and a long cardigan. Her hair is tied up on a messy bun. She’s looking beautiful effortlessly and I suddenly felt conscious about my physical appearance right now. 

I chose to wear my old spider-man pyjamas and my usual black muscle shirt. My hair is not waxed and I haven’t took a shower because I want to talk to her sooner and showering will make my move slower. 

After several long seconds of staring at each other, I cleared my throat and smiled to her. 

“Baby.” I finally said. I want to break the silence as much as possible. “Can I come in please?” 

She hasn’t smiled at me and it made me nervous at some point. Is she mad at me? She opened the door widely. I came in and I immediately faced her. 

“I bought you a sandwich and milk. This will help you sleep better tonight.” I say quietly. 

“Thank you.” She said softly, getting the food and milk out of my hand. 

I looked around and I saw her clothes and things are completely packed. I frowned. 

“Where are you going?” 

Her face rose to color pink, slightly. “I’m sorry about everything I said earlier. I’m leaving tomorrow morning, Sir.” she looked down. “I apologise about my actions.” 

I took a step forward and cupped her face. I kissed her forehead. 

“You’re not leaving this mansion, baby.” I murmured. “I’m sorry about whatever she did to you.” 

I say and then, I remembered what Wallace told me. I put her sleeves up. My jaw clenched and my anger is raising once again when I saw the red marks on her arm. It looks fresh and painful. 

I tried caressing the wounds but she flinched from the contact. 

“Sorry. Does it hurts? Did you put an ointment already? Are you okay?” She nodded innocently. “I’m okay.” 

“I’m sorry about the lilies baby. But I told Isaac to go tomorrow to buy everything he needs to plant the lilies again.” 

“It is fine. I’m leavin—“ 

“You’re not leaving, baby. Trixy’s gone and you’re staying right here with me. I don’t know what else she did but I’m sorry.” 

“Don’t apologise, please. You’re not accountable of her actions. I think it’s my fault because I asked if she’s relevant and she got mad.” 

“You asked if she’s what?” I asks in genuine confusion. 

She nodded her head and pouted, “Her first day. She asked if I want a picture and then I said no. She told me do not act like I don’t know her so I asked her if she’s that relevant and that’s it. She bullied and called me a slave.” 

I laughed. “You roasted her on her first day here? God, baby. Didn’t know you’re that sassy.” I say and kissed her right cheek. 

“I put up to all of her mean words and actions because she threatened me that if I did not obliged, she will talk to you to fire me.” 

“And you got scare because of that?” I caressed her face. 

“Yes. I love my job and especially I love working on that lilies.” 

“What made you think that I will listen to her? Hmmm?” 

“She said you knew each other for a long time.” 

I placed one more kiss on her forehead, “Baby. Keep in your mind that I will not listen to everyone but you. I will always take your side. And I certainly not going to fire you, so unpack your clothes because you’re stuck right here.” 

She looked at me in disbelief. She stares at me, mouth hanging open. “Really? But I disrespected her? Should I apologise in front of her?” 

“No. You don’t need to do something and you will not apologise. She ran her mouth and you just didn’t let her ruin your whole existence.” I said calmly. “My baby’s strong and full of sass.” 

“I’m proud of you, baby. You stood up for yourself.” I kissed her nose. 

I felt the goosebumps I felt earlier when she goes after Trixy’s ass. Now, I don’t wanna mess with her beautiful she’s hiding a big sass on the small cute mouth of hers. 

“So, I can continue working here?” Her face lit up when I nodded my head. “But she ruined the lilies.” She pouted adorably. “Me and Isaac worked hard to make all the lilies bloom but she just ruined it.” She goes on. “Me, Millie and Aurora really hates her. Millie said her nose is really big.” 

“I know and I’m sorry. And yes, her nose is really big.” I laughed. “Come on, eat your food. I’ll unpack your clothes, you’re not leaving me.” 

Bold of her to assume that I will let her ass get away from me. I got her and I will never let her go. I finally got the happiness that I want for a very long time, I will not f**k things up and let her slip away. 

Never. 

“Sir? Can I asked something?” 

“Go ahead, baby.” I say, putting all of her clothes back to the cabinet and some of her stuff back in place. 

“Why you don’t want to be friends with me? Is that because I’m uneducated and poor?” 

I looked at her. Her eyes is full confusion and sadness. I frowned. 

“No. Why would you think that? You’re not uneducated baby. And you prove that earlier.” 

“Then why you told me you don’t want to be friends with me?” 

“Is that why you’re avoiding me? Is that the reason?” I asked. She nodded. 

I sighed and made her stand up. I cupped her faced again and study how beautiful she is for a full minute. 

“If we’re friends, I will not be able to do this...” 

I leaned forward and claimed her lips. I kissed her how I wanted for so long. As I imagined, her lips were soft and I can taste her cherry flavoured chapstick. 

“Friends don’t kiss on the lips baby. And we’re certainly not friends.” I started. “I like you.” 

“So like all of your staff. That doesn’t make me special.” 

“No. You’re not just special, you’re important to me. I like you as a woman, Bella. Not just only because you’re part of my staff.” 

I’ve been keeping this feeling for myself. Her, ignoring me was pure torture because all I want is her attention. I want her to put all of her time to me because she makes me happy. 

I’ve been lonely for a long time and this woman gave me the satisfaction and relaxation I never imagined I will feel. She’s just there and I’m all good. My shitty day is fixed because at the end of the day, I could get to see her before I go up to bed. 

“I don’t know anything about that stuffs. I’m sure I’m attracted to you, a crush. You’re handsome like Sir Sage but I don’t know if I like you as a man or as my boss.” 

“Sage is a stupid ugly motherfucker.” I retorted, annoyed and jealous. “Do not compare me to him and do not look at him.” 

“Why? I think he’s handsome.” 

“I don’t care. The only guy you will see as handsome is me. You’re offending me and you’re rejecting me, the audacity.” 

“But, my heart skipped a beat when you kissed me.... That’s my first kiss.” She blushed from the embarrassment. 

“I will be your first everything.” I winked. 

I will kill someone who tries to take her away from me. I will be ready to blow someone’s head off if they try to lay a hand on her. God, I’m so f*****g possessive over her. 

“So, are we friends then?” 

My brow arched sassily. I just told her that I like her and she will ask me if we are friends? What the f**k? 

“Friends?” 

She hummed as she nod her cute little head. 

“You don’t want to be my friend? Let’s stay friends as I figure out things out.” 

And just like that. Literally just like that, I just got friend zoned.  

My friends will f*****g kill me in verbal abuse if they figure that I just got friend zoned by the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen. 

“No. I’ll make sure you will like me. Eat, stop pissing me off.” I say and rolled my eyes playfully. 

I will not be friend zoned. Never. f**k.
