PRESENT, 2020 (Modern City of Kyoto) Yuko Amazawa could clearly sense him without even looking his way that he was thinking again. Or rather, pondering and musing and worrying and overthinking again. That was what she gathered when she saw him staring into space while they walked down the cemented road from the parking space leading towards the platform where a long flight of stairs made of stones was panning up to the very location of the main temple at the top of the hill. A couple passed them by and Yuko fleetingly followed them with her gaze.
