I was in my house and decided to have some rest before finding an awesome good place to work.

The doorbell rang and I groaned in frustration. I have never been this lazy, but come on! What is your problem!
I went to the door and took a deep breath. I opened it and saw the guy who gave this house to me, standing with a small smile.
“Hello, mam. Actually, I had some news…” he said.
I smiled back at him. “Oh yeah? Um… why don’t you come inside and tell me?”
“Ah? N-no! It is alright. I have to leave anyway. Just a small thing: here” he handed me a card. “Please read the details and the previous owner of this house will be glad to have you there. Thank you!”
He left before I could ask anything. I couldn’t even process what he said!
