We got to the pack house a little after 10:30 pm. We went to the pack theatre room first to check on Karl and Amilah. They were both asleep with the credits of the movie they watched on the screen. Caelan gently picked up Amilah and carried her to her room. I tapped Karl on his shoulder lightly to wake him up because he was getting so much bigger and heavier now, I wasn’t picking him up. After a few taps, he finally stirred and opened his eyes. He looked to his side and noticed Amilah was already gone, so he stood to his feet and followed me out of the room turning off the lights and shutting the door behind us.
When I got to Karl’s room and made sure he was secured inside, I hit Caelan in mind link.
