I grabbed my dirty clothes and followed her to the laundry area, just on the other side of the kitchen, by the mud room. I put my clothes in the washer and Crystal started it and put soap inside then closed the lid so it could wash. We walked back to the bedroom, and I sat on the bed while Crystal grabbed her things and headed to the bathroom to take her shower. I laid across Kendra’s bed thinking about Karl and what he said to me before he left. Fifteen minutes had passed, and Crystal was walking back into the bedroom. She sat her things down and asked me if the guys had called yet or if Kendra had come back yet and I shook my head.
“Let’s go gather our snacks for the movie and get ready to start it. Kendra should be coming any minute I assume; it’s been a while
