The sun rose over Aria's estate, but brought no comfort, hours had passed since Betty's kidnapping. Aria stood in the command center they'd set up in her living room, maps and photos covering every surface.
"Anything?" she asked as Diana entered.
Diana shook her head. "The tracking spell failed. Emily must be using powerful wards."
Aria slammed her fist on the table. "She has my daughter. Every minute that passes..."
"We'll find her," Kade assured her, though his eyes held doubt. "Our scouts are checking every property connected to Emily or her allies."
"It's not enough." Aria pointed to the maps. "We've covered these areas twice. Nothing."
Marcus entered with a tablet. "The security footage from last night is completely wiped, they knew exactly how to disable our systems."
