Chapter Twelve

Midnight, I couldn’t stop thinking about the incidents at the war in Detroit. I had trouble sleeping last night. I heard the door monitor beep as unlock. I thought we were in the hospital again, but I already know that we are staying in the cities. Dragon came back to the room late and bought a new jar of Colombian coffee and packaged red meat from the market in Shibuya town. I laid on my left side starring at the open window of horizon lights glowing all over the the city in the dark room. Dragon placed the items in the fridge and coffee on top of the stand as he noticed my eyes were still open. He kissed me on the forehead.

“You looking out the window?” He asked quietly as he plays with my hair.

“It’s gorgeous at night during the winter time with the lights.” I respond as he took everything off and snuggled to watch with me.

“I wish we lived in Tokyo, Japan. I’m sick of being here. I don’t want to raise kids in this terrifying country.” I said squeezing his hand.

“I know, hun. Think about it. Change is coming. Minnesota is a safe place to raise kids because we are in the blue state for equality and freedom. Maybe you and I will go to Tokyo as our get away together for possible wedding or honeymoon when the time comes.” He held my hand.

“It’s possible. Time will tell.” I chuckled as I turned to him face to face.

We kissed our lips as Dragon moved on top of me. I wrapped my legs around him. I relaxed my legs spread open as he start to suck on my breasts and moved his hand down rubbing my c**t. I read on the calendar that we’ve already passed Christmas Day. We are staying at a building of a hotel to prepare for the worse on New Year’s Eve. I walked in the bathroom to take shower as I saw myself in the mirror of the scars on my shoulders. I took a smooth hot shower as the heat starts to relax all of my muscles of my kagune. I heard the bathroom door open quietly as I startled for a moment that Dragon came into check on me.

“May I join you, Omega?” Dragon asked as I opened the curtain for him.

“Sure, Alpha.” I smiled as he removed his boxers and joined me.

We just got done with our showers until we received a message from Moira that all of us needs to meet at the cafeteria during breakfast. Dragon and I got dressed into our clothes as we grabbed our cloaks from the small closet. Dragon grabbed the meat out of the fridge to have our breakfast cooked for us in the kitchen. We walked out of the room to the elevator with Seika and Hercules and said good morning to them. Dragon noticed the expression on her face that she seemed upset with her partner. Hercules kept his distance from her. They haven’t spoke to each other all morning. We heard the elevator ding. Dragon and I walked together to find a table. Seika and Hercules went separate ways in the cafeteria. We assumed they might’ve had a fight about Snake who was Hercules ex girlfriend. Hercules stepped outside for a breather at the patio. Seika sat alone sipping her coffee with her hoodie trying to hide her expression from everyone. I saw a few Air Force officers and TSC members bowing to each other to have breakfast together.

“I’m going to talk to him. I already gave our meat to the chefs. Please let me know when our breakfast is ready, hun.” Dragon said as he grabbed his cloak and stepped out.

“Okay, love.” I said as I went over to pour myself a cup of coffee. My mother and two brothers sat on our table with us.

“Good morning, sugar. How did you kiddos sleep?” Mother asked.

“We slept fine. Dragon just stepped outside with Hercules. I’m waiting on our breakfast.” I said as I heard our names being called by the chefs. I went to grabbed our dishes as Dragon and Hercules came back inside. Hercules sat with Seika to try and cheer her up.

“Good morning Vanna, Ezra, and Sigfreed. How did you guys sleep?” He asked as he cut through the meat.

“Eh, I stayed up for hours working on data research on the missing children and victims that were locked in facilities of the Sawyer and forward the emails. I didn’t go to bed until 3:00 AM last night.” Ezra mentioned.

“You worked hard on deep searching the facilities. At least you got some sleep.” Dragon said.

“Yah.. It’s kind of hard when big brother been snoring too damn loud…” Ezra complained.

“Come on, dude.. You’re the one who always go in and out of the bathroom in the middle of the night all the damn time!” Sigfreed complained back at him.

“Yah right..” Ezra whined.

“Enough, gentlemen. It’s too early to be sweating over the small things. Let’s finish our breakfast.” Mother lectured them.

“Yes, mother..” Ezra and Sigfreed said with their head down as they finish eating their food.

I heard the main doors open across the cafeteria from the reception area as the Japanese security guards set up special table that was already been reserved. It’s our King Kaneki and Queen Touka and Princess Ichika. We all stopped eating, stood up, and bowed. Our leaders walked with them to their table safely until we were told to be seated. I haven’t seen them for six years. They owned coffee shops, housing for ghouls, libraries, cultural organizations, and helpful resources in the State of Minnesota. The leaders of Aogiri Tree Reservation, Ravens, Night watchers, Wiccans, Celtics, Goat, Cyber team, Hollow Guard, and Wolves joined them. The Suzuya Squad just arrived with a large portrait of Claire’s memorial. Everybody just arrived to prepare for the final war in the Sawyer.

“You may be seated!” Ivan said as the announcement is about to start. “Thank you for attending to this very important meeting! We want to pay for our respects for our losses of Mrs. Takizawa’s wolves, my two fellow members of the Ravens, and twenty citizens and families from Detroit, MI! Citizens are preparing for evacuation in case if our country gets worse! Please welcome our King Kaneki, Queen Touka, and Princess Ichika!”

“The Hakujin’s have a history for ghoul hate, anti-choice, war crimes, abuse to women and children, slavery, g******e, s****l assaults, violence, force births, force marriages, abduction, threats, power, and control! They’ve abuse their own power by over ruling the state of Wisconsin, attempts to overturn entire country, and destroy our people in inhumane ways! Takers could spread all over our country like parasites! We need to protect our country and home states! WE WILL NOT TAKE IT ANYMORE! IT’S TIME WE PUT A STOP TO THIS MESS AND TAKE DOWN THE HAKUJINS! BRING JUSTICE AND FIGHT FOR OUR LIVES!” Queen Touka shouted as we all stood up and raised our fists up for justice.

“EVERYONE PLEASE BE SAFE, PROTECT EACH OTHER, AND STAY STRONG!” King Kaneki shouted.

During the announcements this morning, we all finished our meals and hot beverages, walked back in our rooms, and started packing. I went through the closet and grabbed the box. I opened the box as I remove some of the tissue paper and it turned out to be my own breathing mask shaped as assassin’s facial cover. I put on my shoulder padding, winter shoes with buckles, arm protectors, my belt with my knives, and small equipment, and my mother’s heavy cloak gifted to me. Dragon put on his long sleeve shirt, big armor coat, flexible jeans with armor padding, work boots, belt with small equipment, his cloak, breathing mask, and his 45-70 rifle. We come out of the room all suited up, bags packed, and ready to go. We all meet up with Moira and Kaye at the conference room with our group. Brother Sigfreed and Hollow Guard are geared with full armory, weapons, and heavy cloaks.

“Everyone, I hope all of you are prepared for this fight! You will be equipped with radio communications and trackers installed into your speaker devices connected with an ear piece wired! The bracelets will be tight on the wrists, but it is to monitor your pulses for lifeline! You must keep them on you at all times! DO NOT REMOVE YOUR PULSE BRACELETS! The cyber team recommend that you do not shut them off unless you are ordered to do so for any situation! If the device shuts off on you, please have portable chargers with at all times! Ezra will be in charge with the cyber team on base in Minneapolis! Kaye and I will be with my Wolves and medical team in the safety spot of the battle field! Viola, Dragon, Seika, Vanna, and Hercules! Five of you will go with Sigfreed and his group! Ivan and Malcolm are taking charge with the Ravens to fly across the boarder off the planes with the rest of the military crew! The Celtics and Wiccans are joining in with the rescue team on the river lines across the boarder to help the escaped survivors seeking asylum! Goat, Night watchers, and Hollow Guard will be on duty to break into the facilities! The Sawyer boarder gates are restricted! They are working hard to break open the gates and shoot down the Takers guarding the boarder! Homeland security is blocking the areas prevent Takers from entering in any of the state boarders and northern shore areas in Duluth! Arrest the Takers who are running all those business facilities are the brothels, auctions, fertility centers, unlicensed hospitals, unknown warehouses with cages, slaughterhouses, and Hakujin household in that mansion! If the Takers retaliate, you have the right to defend yourselves!” Moira gave the orders.

There are so many buses and jet planes waiting for us to hop on before departure to The Sawyer as law enforcements are patrolling the areas help the pedestrians and drivers safely move to other street lanes merge of traffic. It stopped snowing just few hours ago before the buses and planes arrived in the city. The sounds of sirens and helicopters are flying all over the place. The citizens are raising their fists up in the air for justice and waving at us to be safe. We took the bus with the Hollow Guard as we traveled for hours up to the north east boarder. The military squad finally destroyed the first gate entrance to The Sawyer for our military buses and TSC to drive into a safe destination to our camp site. Three hours later, Ezra called me through my radio to inform us that he is tracking us on the maps. He will keep us update about the Takers motives. Soon as we arrived at the camp site, I walked fast to drop off our belongings and followed our crew to the shelter to grab more supplies. Dragon grabbed extra ammunition for his rifle. I sharpened my knives for preparation. We grabbed bags of meat soaked in RC blood for us to eat and drink for our kagunes to become stronger. We all gathered in a circle with our food bags as Brother Sigfreed brings the sword. We raised our bags of bloody meat, munched the whole bag, and drank the blood as I could feel the RC kicking into my system. Our kagunes are ready for activation as we raised our weapons in the air. It was getting really dark outside. We put our breathing masks back on as we walk with the Hollow Guard through the snow. Dragon and I held our hands together that our hands start to feel our warmth. We are getting really close to the metal fences as we could see the sky lights moving back and forth in the dark of the snow flakes blowing in the air.

“Damn. It looks like a prison town and it reeks like hell from this direction.” Hercules gasped as he witnessed frozen dead bodies piled in ditches.

“Remember Viola, you are not alone. We fight together. If I lose you, I will go bat s**t crazy.” Dragon whispered.

“I will not let this happen to us. I would go f*****g crazy if I lose you, too.” I whispered to him.

“I love you, Vi.” He said with a small tear in his eye.

“I love you, Dragon.” I said as we held our hands tight as loud beeping noises hurt our ears.

“Yes brother?” Dragon answered.

“EVERYONE PUT YOUR MASKS ON! TAKERS ARE ABOUT TO SHOOT SPELL BOMBS IN THE TOWN! HURRY UP AND FIND THAT MANSION!” Ezra shouted.

“TIME TO BREAK OPEN THE FENCE AND DUCK DOWN NOW! WE ARE READY TO FIRE!” Ivan shouted through the radio as the planes shot pistols at the Takers guarding the area. An army of Takers decide to show up like a bunch of proud boys marching and c**k blocking the streets.

“ATTACK!!!!” Sigfreed shouted as we all quickly got off the ground, ran, and jumped over the ditches, and slashed them out of the way.

Dragon turned on his rifle and activated his kagune as a body shield as he shoot them down. I activated my kagune and shoot my sharp feathers at them. Sigreed grabbed his swords and slashed them down. Seika activated her kagunes, jumped, and flew over them with Hercules to go hunt down the suspects running the facilities. My mother decided to follow me and Dragon to fight the crowd as three of us flew into the middle of this town out of the crowd.

“Careful, kids! The roads are icy with snow patches!” Mother said as the Takers showed up with their guns pointing at us and brother voiced our radios.

“I’M SENDING HELP! THEY ARE TOO MANY OF THEM!” Ezra called. Mother activated her wings as they gotten bigger and bigger. Dragon and I spread our kagunes widely as we shield ourselves and shoot them back. One of the Takers tried to hit our mother with a foreign object as she turned and sliced its arm off.

“I AM SENDING OUR WOLVES IN FIELD NOW!” Moira shouted on the radio as I heard them howling really loud the Takers were startled. The big wolves ran behind and devoured one of them in the middle of the street. I saw so many wolves running in the field to town with the owners attacking the Takers with their kagunes. I saw the Ravens flying in the sky fighting the Takers on the rooftops. The Night watchers and Goat are in the process of breaking into the facilities to rescue the ghoul citizens from slavery.

“GUYS! WE FOUND THE CHILDREN!” Seika shouted on the radio. Hercules broke open the cages and freed the ghoul children who were taken away from their families. The children followed Seika as the Goat and TSC members arrived to help get them out of this town. Hercules took off to break into the hospital as he entered into the birthing ward full of female ghouls isolated in rooms pregnant and scared. The alarms turned on in the hospital as the male doctors ran with taser sticks in their hands. Hercules called for back up until Tonia and her father showed up in the ward.

“Don’t you dare steal our properties! Don’t you dare steal our properties! Papa! Kill the thief now!” Tonia threw the tantrums as he took his pistol out of his formal suit and tried to shoot. Hercules jumped away from the bullets and pushed the man onto the ground as the gun fell out of his hand. Hercules quickly swiped the gun off the ground before Tonia could get away with a weapon. Hercules held the man onto the ground as Air Force and Night watchers arrived at the hospital on time. Tonia tried to run away until one of the Night watchers caught her trying to run as they were able to put her on handcuffs. They also took down the male doctors and handcuffed them.

“The doctors, staffs, and two suspects are detained! The ghoul victims are being rescued!” Air Force members called on the radio.

The Suzuya Squad, and our good friends Akira, Amon, and Seidou Moira and Seika’s father jumped off the plane. Dragon’s sister and brother arrived in the field. Sexy Bae arrived with her two pistols and two rifles activated and Jiggalo arrived with his big twin Viking swords. Benji jumped out of the helicopter with his twin katanas as he hollers “HEYA!!!.” Miza and Naki showed up riding on the wolves in the battle. The family have all arrived to save our asses and take down the Takers.

“The Aogiri Tree Reservation Tribal councils reached out for us! My wife and I were able to find your guys scent! Ayato and Hinami are watching our nine children for us!” Naki smiled as he hopped off petting Moira’s wolves, activated his kagune, and sliced a running Taker and half.

“We figured you guys need more fighters! Don’t worry kiddos! We got this here!” Miza activated her three blades and sliced them down as Dragon’s radio beeped.

“Follow Juuzou and his squad! You, Viola, and Mother need to head over to the mansion! Hakujin’s are going to start a toxic bomb!” Ezra mentioned.

“What kind of toxins are in the bomb?! Do you know when Hakujin’s will release it?!” Dragon asked on the radio.

“It has substances of gaslighting and fogging that’s been used as a brain washing method! They will release it within an hour! HURRY AND DISCONNECT THE BOMB NOW!” Ezra shouted.

“Brother! Jiggalo and I will follow you guys to the mansion! We will put a stop to an auction happening in there!” Sexy Bae mentioned as she loaded up her weapons.

“You got it, sis!” Dragon said as Juuzou lead us the way out of the crowd.

“I know who I need to hunt down at the auction!” Sexy Bae smirked a she rearranged her weapons and her radio beeped.

“Do you know where the auction is?” Ezra asked her on the radio.

“Yes brother! It will be at the church across the street of the mansion! I did my research on the map!” Sexy Bae mentioned.

“Good! Find the owners name of Chuck Mercury and his wife Ambrosa Mercury!” Ezra said as she and Jiggalo found the directions to the church.
