The cooking lesson was… interesting. Among ingredients, pots, and bowls, Amelia managed to use Daniel’s presence to do something she was becoming an expert at: avoiding her own thoughts and problems. In other words, to leave behind the fear and guilt, and to fulfill her decision to live in the moment, she used Daniel’s company and the cooking lesson as a distraction.
