Amelia realized her mind was very fragile with everything that was happening when she looked at the juice stain on the blouse she had just taken off and felt like crying. She was so overwhelmed that even a spilled juice seemed enough to make her crumble. But she wouldn't. She took a deep breath, folded the blouse, and threw it in the laundry basket in the corner of the room before going to the closet to grab the last t-shirt she had left. Realizing she had nothing else, not even her clothes, made the pressure in her throat increase, but she refused to give in to the urge to cry. She looked at herself in the mirror for several minutes, waiting for the tears to disappear from her eyes. It had been a while since she had looked at her reflection so closely.
