For the first time ever, I don’t pester Dante with a million questions about where we’re going. I’d like to think the restraint I’m showing is due to my maturity, but it’s more likely that stress is keeping me quiet. I’m worried that I’m about to show up to some kind of business office dressed like a stripper. “Do you want to know where we’re going?” Dante asks. “Yes,” I reply, relieved. “I’m taking you to meet a business associate of mine,” Dante starts.
