CHAPTER SIXTEEN REL WAS UP TO HIS ELBOWS in trouble. Not an unusual state for him really. Two bodies lay unconscious at his feet. Luckily, in a place like this, folk didn’t usually make much of a fuss over things like that. The three men across the room seemed to have a problem with it, though. The one on the right, the one who’d started this mess, was a tall, skinny ketallian. Tiny eyes narrowed, making them even smaller. He looked like a walking broom. Rel chuckled at that image. The man stepped forward only to have his companions pull him back. If the front man was a broom, then that made the men behind him the dustpan and the trashcan. “Pick ’em up and res off,” Rel told them.
