As the curtain that connected the waiting room to the small stage is opened, Thomas quickly acted cool and looked forward to the wedding dress that Hannah was about to wear.
This time, Hannah wore a long-sleeved wedding dress with full brocade, and then the dress at the waist had a flared model. Not to forget, the dress was so long that it drooped to the floor behind her.
Thomas nodded his head, feeling that whatever Hannah was wearing felt right and right on her.
"What do you think? Is it this one or the first one?” asked Hannah asking Thomas’ opinion on the wedding dress she was wearing.
"Personally I like the first one," replied Thomas voicing his opinion about the dress that worn by Hannah.
"You're right, I like the first one too," Hannah replied, nodding her head in agreement with Thomas’ opinion.
“Should I try on the last dress? I already liked the first one, to save our time I don't think I need to try another dress, what do you think?” Hannah looked at the time on the clock on the wall and realized that there was very little time left.
"It's up to you, I will follow as you wish," replied Thomas not too concerned about that.
Hearing that Thomas didn't mind, Hannah decided to stop trying on her wedding dress and chose to use the dress she tried on for the first time.
Hannah returned to the waiting room in their room and took turns with Thomas who would try on his suits for their wedding.
Now it was Hannah’s turn who had to wait for Thomas’ arrival. While waiting, Hannah decided to play with her cellphone, she saw that it was now thirty minutes past six, she only had thirty minutes left now.
Hannah prayed that Isaac would finish it quickly, so that they could return in time.
However, what surprised Hannah was that Thomas returned to the waiting room without trying on his suit. Hannah frowned in confusion when she realized this.
“Oh, you're not going to try on the suit?" asked Hannah confused.
“I've tried it on in the back and picked the one that will suits your dress. We don't have much time, let's go back." Thomas directly took Hannah back without showing Hannah his suit.
"Yes, I was in a hurry, but it's not like this, I want to see your suit too! Hey, Isaac wait for me!” Hannah immediately ran out of the room to catch Thomas who had walked away from there.
Hannah grumbled in annoyance when Thomas abandoned her, "Damn it, why did you leave me?" said Hannah when she managed to fit her pace with Thomas’ wide step.
Thomas glanced at the figure of Hananh who was next to him and raised the corners of his lips to mock Hannah who couldn't catch up with him.
“What?! This time you made fun of me, huh?!” For some reason Hannah always feels annoyed when she is near Thomas.
“Hurry and get in the car. You'll be late later, if you keep babbling on like that." Thomas casually opened his car door and quickly got inside.
Stomping his feet in annoyance, Hannah immediately got into Thomas’ car. "Take me to the cafe earlier," Hannah said to Thomas.
"Where's the word for help?" Thomas answered with a smirk at Hannah.
Hannah shook her head and looked away from Thomas.
"I won't move, if you don't say it," said Thomas, still waiting for the word help to leave Hannah’s lips.
"Why are you so annoying, anyway!" Hannah rolled her eyes in annoyance and finally did what Thomas said, "Okay, please take me to the cafe where you picked me up."
Thomas laughed out loud, "Okay, I'll take you there," replied Thomas happy because he managed to upset Hannah.
After that the luxury car driven by Thomas was speeding along the London road which was quite empty tonight, it seemed like it had rained earlier and made the roads less crowded at this time.
. . .
When Hannah was about to get out of Thomas’ car which had arrived in front of the cafe she meant, she heard Thomas say to her which made Hannah restrained from getting off.
“See you on our wedding day," said Thomas without turning to Hannah, who was frozen in her place.
"Yeah, thanks for today." After that, Hannah immediately got out of Thomas’ car and rushed to the police station across the street.
Secretly, Thomas glanced at Hannah’s departure from his car, then sighed softly and directly left the cafe to return to taking care of his mafia clan.
While Hannah ran along the hallway to her team room, luckily she wasn't late for her return time.
When Hannah entered her team room, it was seen that everyone inside was busy with their work.
"Oh, God! Thank goodness you've come, let's go with me to check on the newly found victim," said Alex very grateful when he saw Hannah’s figure who arrived at their headquarters.
"Has there been a new victim?" asked Hannah quite surprised by the news given by her co-workers.
"Yes, only discovered a moment ago, we must hurry!" Alex immediately left the room, which was directly followed by Hannah who had just arrived there.
“Where is the location?” Hannah received a file that Alex gave her.
“On the outskirts of the city, it was found floating in the river that was on the border,” Alex explains where their new victim was found.
"It seems the murder has been held up out for quite a while," said Hannah when she saw the file Alex had given her.
"It seems so, it took quite a long time for the victim's body to come to the surface," Alex replied, agreeing with Hannah’s allegations.
"We have to hurry!" Hannah and Alex immediately drove their official car to where their new victim was.
Hannah hopes that the case she is handling will end soon so that she can carry out her marriage in peace without having to think much about this case.
