'Who are you and why do you need my help? how can a mere child like me help you?' I thought back.
'You can just simply call me, the Oryol. I am imprisoned here for personal greed, please help me escape."'
'What can I do for you then?'
'Look behind you, do you see the seed?'
I turned around to find the illuminating seed at the center once more. What does she want from it? This is making me curious.
'Take it, little one. Take the seed and give it to me.'
'What happens if I give this to you?' The curious kid, I am, asked.
'I'll have my powers back and I could finally escape here. Plus I can grant anything you wish.'
'Really? Anything I wish for?' It's funny how I know that this kid only had a childish wish list to think about, I still had to intervene into her thoughts just so she could think of a better move on this.
'Yes, so will you agree to get the seed for me.'
‘Sure, Miss Oryol.' I can't believe I even addressed her as miss Oryol. I guess I have to search about this Oryol after I return in my real timeline.
This time, I turn behind me to get the seed. It was a bead-like opal shape seed placed on a small ceramic dish plate. The violet radiance it manifests is dragging me to touch it quickly. By the time I had it within my palm, I suddenly felt a surge of unexplainable energy. It was too tempting to see what the seed is capable of.
'give it to me, little one.' The Oryol chimed in my thoughts, disrupting what was currently running inside my head.
When I look back at her direction, I saw how her beautiful face became a portrait of a hideous monsters that's waiting for me to give her the seed so she could eat me later. How am I able to see all of these? I wonder if it is the seed's doing?
From the moment I held my hands on it, the seed just doesn't seem to stop showcasing me its magnificence. From that immense of energy, it seems to possess, to the point of enabling me to forecast what was bound to happen to me once I gave Oryol the seed. It's kind of funny but somehow, it seems like the seed doesn't want me to surrender it back to Oryol.
I wanted to confirm my hunch and so I made a few steps closer to the aquarium.
'That's it, little one. Now hand it over.' The Oryol keeps on ordering still.
My hands were about to reach it towards here but, as if the seed has its consciousness, It immediately forced my hand to move on its own and bring the seed swiftly inside of my mouth. The force was so sudden that as soon as the seed was inside my mouth, it immediately exploded inside like a pop candy, leaving me a sour and bitter aftertaste.
'WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!' The Oryol's rage was too bombarding inside my head.
What have I indeed done here? I knew for a fact that my current state of mind would never attempt to swallow the seed but for some reason, the seed work on its own to escape and make its way inside my mouth.
In just a few moments after accidentally—or more like forced into—swallowing the seed, I suddenly notice an odd reaction coming from my stomach. The metabolic reaction of having the seed is unexplainable, it's far more painful than an ordinary lower body movement. And It makes me feel stomach ache and nausea at the same time.
But just when I thought eating it will cost me my breath, well I was wrong. The next moments turn into a complete shift of condition. I sensed a retroversion from the pain in my stomach that slowly fades away, and even the urge to puke was gone. I feel suddenly all too well and it's strange. It was like eating the seed was nothing at all.
I was still confused and worried thought that it might actually take a toll on me later on. The idea that there might be something worst unbeknownst to me is now slowly spreading inside my body and it'll be too late once I'll learn about it. Thinking about it just makes me feel all scared about myself.
'Little one, why did you swallow the seed?'
'It was all an accident.' I tried defending my side.
"Liar! you tramp! How dare you steal my seed!'
'Believe me, I never intended to steal it!'
'Now you want me to believe that after seeing it with my own eyes? Didn't we agree that you will give me the seed?!'
I wonder what's with the seed that she is so infuriated that I accidentally swallowed it. I can't help but notice the hissing sound coming from her end before I realized that despite her beautiful appearance, she tries to confide in a hideous serpent monster that reflects her true nature.
'But I really didn't steal it. Besides, I did as you told me. I got the seed for you so that should be fine.'
'How dare you try to deceive me and take away what's mine!
This time, I really can't stand her badmouthing that I had to defend my side, "I didn't steal anything, it was all an accident." But knowing my body resides on a feeble child of age six, this body just can't control the urge to cry endlessly.
'Nonsense! What you have taken from me should be given back or the consequences of all these will befall on you tenfold, little one.'
"But how can I give it back when it has already melted inside my mouth? See?" I said back even opening my mouth before her.
She just glared at me. And with a gruesome grin, she left me her response, "You think you can outwit me by stealing away my seed and swallowing it? You only just made my job a whole lot easier, little one. The seed will re-grow inside your body, ten years from now. By that time, I'll be reborn to take over that body of yours." the Oryol created a burst of echoing laughter before her body slowly turned into stone before me. Her remains then made an impact against the aquarium that broke it.
I tried running outside the tent before the volume of water devours me but having some short kid's legs is an ultimate disadvantage now. In as quick as seconds, the surge of water from the aquarium was able to cover me within. Its impact against my head cost me to lost my consciousness.
