Later that evening, my dinner with Florante became quite the dull moment between me and him while we dine. Of course, we were again served with the most lavish meal this dome seems to only offers. There are times when I really find the courses of meal totally informative that I tend to become used to memorizing some of them. Too bad though since the resident chef changes quarterly according to Leandro, which then leaves me the idea that the kitchen does serve different meal from time to time. It makes me think if this still works in the present time too. I am still sipping into the last few spoons of the creamy cucumber avocado soup while Leandro is preparing to serve the salad. It’s a mixture of greens with champagne poach pears, candied walnuts, goat cheese, and a honey vinaigrette.
