When Alec stepped out of Allison's car and entered through the fences, his beta was already there, leaning against the side of the wall with his eyes hidden behind sunglasses. As soon as the Alpha inched in his direction, Charles pushed his sunglasses up and strolled over to stand in front of him, with no hesitation at all. He released a low breath at the abruptness of his behaviour.
