Nishant’s POV
“Because I love you damn it” her confession came out of nowhere. She sounded angry and frustrated. I opened my mouth to say something but no words came out.
“I never stopped loving you. Even though you ended the relation, it was never over from my side. I still have feelings for you. I always did” she whispered.
My hands clenched on their own accord. My mind was frozen on the spot. I could not say anything to her, something that will make her feel better. But looks like I am at loss of words.
I feel a pat on my shoulder. Turning around, I find Abhay standing close by to me
“Let me bro” he takes the cellphone from me. There was no need to stop him because I know he would handle this situation better than me.
“Go and sit inside. I will come just now” he instructs me.
