  "Oh my God," Olivia muttered weakly, her voice trembling. Her pupils were dilated, her body stiff, and tears streamed down her face as she trembled in Ethan's arms.   "Ethan," she called out.   "I'm here," he reassured her.   "There’s a cat..." Olivia mumbled, her voice barely audible.   Just as those words left her mouth, her body went limp, and she lost consciousness in Ethan's embrace. He held her tightly and swiftly carried her to the bedroom.   "Call the doctor and Anthony," he instructed the housekeeper, who quickly descended the stairs.
