I went inside and waited for the celebrations to end. Exhausted I laid down on my bed but couldn’t shake the delivery man and his van out of my head. I opened my laptop and typed F.A.T.E it was now that I had realised I never opened the package. I picked it up in my hand while waiting for the super slow internet to load. Untied the purple ribbon (my favourite colour) and pulled out a love heart shaped locket necklace with a piece of paper wrapped around it. Scribed in the paper said ‘Your wish is my command!’ There was nothing else. It was the most stunning piece of jewellery I had ever seen and instantly I put it around my neck. I don’t know what made me do it but the urge I felt was unreal. I kissed the locket and said thank you.  Before I could let the locket go it was glowing purple where the clear stones had previously been and self raising from my neck. I felt calm and wasn’t worried at all. I looked at the computer screen to see the letters typing themselves.  B-R-A-D    C-H-A-M-B-E-R-S... the screen searched loading faster than I’d seen before opening the delivery drivers quick page and selected add friend. I grabbed the mouse and tried to click undo whispering “no, no, no... I don’t know who he is! Why did you do that?” It clicked in my head that I didn’t do it and I had no idea who did. Was it my birthday wish coming true?  ...  Three dots appeared on a message screen alerting me that someone was typing a message on IM.  “Hi... Isla, My name is Brad. Did I deliver a package to you tonight. I can see it is your Birthday today the package makes sense now. Happy birthday! Mine was yesterday... 19 here how old are you?”  Think quick Isla... what do I say I thought to myself...
