58. Jeff sees Kelly
Kelly was gravely ill. Max had to make a hard decision. He couldn't let her go. He called Jeff. "Get clean and come to the oncology unit as soon as possible." he hung up. Angus, Kelly's brother came in. He sat there with his sister in his arms. "Remember when we were kids and you fell into that frog pond. You had green slime all over you." She didn't respond. Emmy and Aaron flew up. They brought the baby for her to see. Kelly smiled hearing Emmy's new baby Allison crying. She didn't open her eyes though. It was about 2am. Everyone was gone. They all went to catch a little sleep. Max stayed. He held her hand as he wore his black rimmed glasses, he read from his phone. Jeff came slowly into the room. He saw Max. He saw a woman in the bed. He asked Max who she was. "Your wife."
