Boss Elevator

Petunia made her way to the elevator and hit the button to the top floor. On arrival, she meet with the secretary.
" Good morning Meridith"
" Morning Petunia. Why are you here?"
" I was told the new boss wanted to see me"
"My oh my. You were the late person?"
" Yes I was late." She hated how rumor spread quickly in this place and she already knows that all other sector in the company knows about someone who was late on the first day the new boss decided to come.
" Oh sorry, I hope he doesn't fire you. He looks like those spoilt brats but I can't deny he's too handsome and very tall"
" I have been hearing that all day" it's annoying how everyone keep laying emphasis on his beauty. it made her sick, yes he might be a charming man but they are other charming men out there too.
Meridith laughed out loudly then quickly put her hand to her mouth due to fear that he might have heard it and might fire her for it cause the man was all business and frown.
" Why did you stop yourself from laughing?" Petunia was surprised cause Meridith covered her mouth instead of laughing out loud like she always did. Meridith had always said she wasn't afraid of anyone and she didn't care if her laughter was too loud or was a problem to anyone, she had do it anyways.
" He's super strict. He's young but strict, he's all business and he would be like 2-3 years older than you are. How old are you?"
" 27"
"Right. Besides am not going to allow someone who could be my son yell at me, so I won't bother doing anything that would provoke him." Meridith was a woman in her late fifties and she has been the secretary to Mr Larry for most of her life.
" Shouldn't you call him first?"
" I don't know if it will make him angry cause he declared you should be sent to him upon arrival ".
" Alright let me go in"
" Make sure you knock before you enter cause he entered with a very handsome dude too. I bet that's his PA and who knows they might be lovers, I mean you never can tell."
" Meridith, why would you say such?" As she said those words, she remembered that was the exact thing she was thinking about earlier.
" Two cute boys going around together, what do you think they will be"
" They will be nothing. We know nothing about him don't jump into conclusions"
" you might be right. They do have slight resemblance."
" See, they might be brothers"
" or lovers. Lovers always have resemblance too"
" my world. you need help"
" Just go in already."
Petunia went towards the door, she knocked but there was no response, she knocked again no reply. She panicked thinking he was looking towards the door and wondering what type of fool was knocking and not entering. Petunia decided to stop knocking and push the door open only for her to find the office empty. It was a very large office with its own bathroom and everything that a rich boy could need.
Petunia was about to panic when she remembered that their previous boss always leaves he's office without anyone seeing him except that he always tells his secretary. She remembers how people always say there was a private elevator for the Boss. Truth be told, this was her first time to enter the Boss office but she did hate the reason she was in here although, she was glad he was no where to be found. She quickly went outside to tell Meridith.
"Meridith"
" Oh you are done. What did he say? Did he fire you? Was he angry besides did you see how handsome he was, did you also see the other boy? The PA one? "
" He's not in his office"
" He quickly found the Boss elevator and he didn't even say a thing to me. That's wonderful, wow"
" Well am glad he's not in. At least I escaped his ferocious looks and attitude"
" Good for you dear except for the looks you missed".
" That's fine by me as long as I didn't get fired"
" You are absolutely right."
" Bye Meridith, I got a ton of work to do"
" Alright do take care my dear"
Petunia went back down walked to her desk and started doing her work before she noticed Tory staring at her
" what?" petunia asked
" How did it go? was he captivated by your beauty? What did he say?"
Petunia sat there confused wondering when she told Tory she was going on a date and how she didn't remember having a date cause this exact questions was for someone who was just coming from a date.
" how did what go? I never said I was going on a date".
" Really girl?"
" Oh, sorry. He wasn't at the office"
" But he hasn't come down here since he entered".
" you won't believe it, the boss elevator is a thing plus I got the chance to enter his office for the first time"
" Wow, I wish I went with you. How did it look like? Was it fancy? Was it cute? besides, He's pretty fast at noticing things that would make him a smart handsome boss"
" it wasn't fancy and it wasn't cute although it was pretty spacious and comfy, it has a sofa on it, a personal toilet and everything one rich boy could need"
" Two rich boys"
" exactly two rich boys and it turned out that I wasn't the only person thinking he was ... you know "

" who was also thinking?"

" she's an old woman, what do you expect"
" you are right though"
" Let's just continue our work. I don't want that rat coming here"
" oh Tory"Petunia chuckles as the continued their work.
