As Angelique went unconscious and her limp body fell forward, against Azrael's chest, he remained unsure of what to do , frozen in his spot, watching the two spheres roll away from them, filling the empty hallway with a high pitched sound. His strange eyes turned to look down at her, unsure of what and how to feel. He had held her numerous times, and he had watched the life drain out of her eyes one too many times. To have her this still in his arms was a little too much for him, and despite his very composed attitude, his eyes grew unfocused and teary. A loud groan soon accompanied them, sending Azrael into a defensive state, wrapping his arms around the unconscious woman he had close, puling her against his chest, his eyes narrowing and turning in the direction the sound came from.
