The moment of mistake

Love doesn't come the same for everyone

It has been months since Jose has rescued the young girl from her father's cruelty, he gave her work at his house as a maid for a start until she finds herself....

"Get in the car" Jose said to one of his man after buying the young girl..... He didn't know what he was gonna do with her

He just had to help her

The ride to his house was quiet she never uttered one word amd he didn't bother either. Jose was never spome a lot in actual fact

When they arrive he ordered her to be sent in one of workers house. Jose had workers house building with many sleeping rooms for his workers. "call Helena to my study" he ordered

"I brought a young girl, i need you to care for her she pretty bad"...

"Ok, anything else?"...

"No"...

"Ok, goodnight honey"

"Helena".... Jose nodded as he looked down to his work..

Helena walked out to their house to look for the new girl who was not in a good condition and barely could keep her eyes open

"Hello child"... She greeted a scared looking brown eyes thick lips, straightened hair hiding some parts of her face to the cheeks

"im Helena,...dont be scared im gonna help you get better is that ok?"....

She did not reply but stare into her eyes

Helena cared for her wounds, helped her bath and gave her something to eat and Woow did she eat like a hungry lion

She was starved abused beaten emotionally scared by the man she called her father for so long.

"what is your name" she asked while watching eat her second bowl of pasta Helena made for her

She sceptical looked at her for some time before giving her an answer......."Anna-May" she kept looking at Helena looking for any reaction but she got none other than a smile and stroke on her arm that was on the table which she quickly removed before she could finish her kind gesture

"when is he killing me?"...

"he's not gonna kill you...."

"does he have a wife, at least i dont have to see his face every night on top of me!...."

"no child he's not gonna do that either, he's not that kind of man"

.....eyes wide open, twitching her mouth in suprise "then why did he buy me?"... she looked into Helena's eyes like she was looking for any hidden information which she got nothing but kind light brown eyes filled with kindness and love

Helena was in her early fifties she was a beautiful Hispanic woman who never beard her own children she couldn't thats when her husband chased her away and she ended at Jose's uncles house as a 20 year old, she has been with this family ever since including being with Jose's uncle in his bed

You see life has a funny way of happening and Helena knows that very well. She walked into Mario's house desperate for any work many years ago and he was kind to give her and a place to stay, she worked hard few years working for his they started an affair.... Helena was askex by Mario's wife to care for her husband im more than one way, after a ehile considering the offer his wife didmt get any better and he was emotionally a wreck which eventually brought them together

When his wife passed they continued with their affair until his passing over ten years ago, Mario never had his own children which he left all his wealth to Jose the son he never beard but cared for for so many years while his father was taking care of his family business

Anna-May did have her reservations regarding her being in this house bought by this man who looked emotionless with cold eyes

"then why did he buy me?"..... She asked again bringing back Helena to present moment at the small dining area at the workers house

Helena shrugged her shoulders as her answer standing up..."you need to finish eating now and rest child"....she seemed to know the answers but was not in the mood to answer her for now, she looked a little upset

"are you ok ma'am...? Anna-May asked worried she did something to harm her

"no, not at all".... Helena smiled brightening her beautiful eyes and her smile feeling warmly

They went to sleep

Morning came Anna-May was awake very early she was not used to sleeping late, she was in pain but she got herself together when she came across Helena smiling warmly to her

"what are you doing so early"

"i have breakfast to prepare and a house to run child, why are you not in bed resting?" she asked in one breath

"cant sleep late and cant sleep not knowing my fate"

Helena laughed softly showing more of her visible wrinkles in her face, she looked lime a woman who laughed a lot in her younger years

"ok nothing bad will happen to you, you have my word"
