The city of Mexico never slept. Its tall buildings touched the sky, its streets were always filled with movement, and behind every shining window was a story waiting to be told.

On the top floor of the most powerful company in the city a billionaire stood by the window silently watching the world below him.

At thirty-two years old, Alexander Reid was known as the youngest and most successful CEO in the country. His name was respected in boardrooms, feared by people who had the same business as his, and admired by thousands. He had built Reid Enterprises from nothing and transformed it into one of the biggest business empires in the whole city.

“Mr. Reid, the investors are waiting for you,” his assistant, Daniel, announced.

Alexander turned away from the window. “Tell them I’ll be there.”

"I may not have experience working in a biggest company like this,"Sophia replied calmly,"but l learn quickly and I don't give up easily."

For the first time in a long while Alexander found himself impressed by someone.

“You think determination is enough?” he asked.

“No,” Sophia replied. “But I think someone who is willing and ready to learn can become better than someone who believes that they already know everything.”

Everyone in the room became silent.

“You’ll receive a call if you are selected.”

Sophia stood up. “Thank you for your time, Mr. Reid.”
