She moved her eyes away from him, looking at anything but him. His grip was still tightened around her waist, holding her in place. His fingers moved to her cheek to brush it lightly and his action made her turn to look at him.
“I will be going on a journey tonight and I will be returning tomorrow, do not get into trouble because the last time I left you wasn’t pleasant at all”. Alexander said in his low voice.
