Rodney, in typical fashion, fussed about the matter, and as to whether the Trustees would agree to such a thing.
“Because, what we’re essentially telling them is that we don’t trust you!”
Bethan understood his position. “Rodney, it’s not about trust, it’s about truth. And do you know what the truth is? We’re going under, and sooner or later, we will sink. Now, they do a great job such as it is, but they are not accountants. Even if they do get the books checked, it’s not the same as getting someone in who does this for a living and can make reasonable suggestions.”
