We went deeper and deeper into the woods until we saw a big beautiful stone mansion. Next to the mansion on the right was a small but dark and ancient graveyard. The tombstones had some wear and tear and some ivy vines growing up the sides. Surrounding the graveyard was a small black fence starting to rust in small places and it had this old victorian look to it. To the left of the mansion was a tall hedge maze and if you look hard enough it looked to be a beautiful stone fountain in the center of it just barely popping over the top of the maze. In front of the mansion was a big cobbled driveway that needed some TLC. Stones were breaking away in places. Still beautiful. As we got closer still I could see the big red victorian doors and the beautiful stone pillars in the front. On the roof I seen massive gargoyles on either side and one in dead center. We walked up to the doors and he gave them a hard shove and we enter my new home. I thought it would be dark and damp. Instead it had beautiful white marble on the floors. And in the very center of the room on a bright red circular rug was an old grand piano. Just past that was a massive staircase. One side of it lead to the left and the other to the right. And again more marble. On the walls were old oil paintings. One in particular was of a young woman who looked to be in her early thirties. She had beautiful hazel eyes and curly dark brown hair just past her shoulders. If you look close enough her eyes are smiling as much as the breathtakingly beautiful grin she had. One that looked all too familiar. I believe that she is Michaels' mother. Also along the walls are beautiful antique iron sconces lit to a dim. As we walk further up the stairs I notice more and more pictures. Of war and of old men and of children as young as five. Finally we get to a beautifully engraved wooden door with big iron henges and as he pushes it open it lets out a small creaking sound. "This is our room," he said, "I hope that you like it here." " I love it! It's absolutely gorgeous!" He let out a sigh and relaxed a little. We were both nervous and giddy because it's so new to us. " I've never brought anyone here before." " Why not?" I asked him. " Because nobody is safe around me except you... I still don't fully trust myself. But I know I don't want to ever harm you." "You won't."
