I felt like I was on fire. There was so much heat encompassing my body. I tried to move away from the heat source, but it felt like it was surrounding me.
I slowly opened my eyes. At first, they were blurry and unfocused, but as soon as my eyes adjusted, I had to keep myself from screaming.
