I jolted awake, looking around my surroundings, trying to find my bearings. I am still in the back building, still sitting in the chair I was when I passed out. But now I am no longer bound to the chair. I am also alone.
Mr. Blank, the vampire, is long gone. I assess my body, and I am relieved to feel that I am OK. I feel a little weak, but other than that there is no other damage that was done.
I cautiously stand up. I know that he took a good amount of blood and did not want to take the chance of getting dizzy and falling over. I was able to come out of this experience somewhat unharmed. It would be just my luck, if I fell and busted my head open.
Once I was completely up and stable on my feet, I started to slowly walk towards the main room. My steps were a little wobbly.
