I stood there watching as dad had just simply turned around without saying another word and walked out.
I was thinking that he would end up stopping to turn around and elaborate on what the meeting was about or for, but he never turned around. So, I just stood there. Looking at his retreating form, wondering what was going on and why people were acting so weird.
He said nothing more. He left completely without any further instructions or directions. He didn't even take the time to yell at me some more, he just walked out like Bethany and I would be able to handle everything from there. And well, I guess Bethany would.
So I just stood there in confusion. I really didn't know how to take the way that dad just walked out.
I apparently stood there long enough to annoy Bethany.
