With the letter put away in the back of my desk. I reached for my school bag.
I grabbed it off the floor from where it laid it. It was still right beside my bed where I placed it before getting the letter back out of the trash can.
I wasn’t lying when I told Nikki I had homework to take care of.
I usually do not ever have homework, but I needed to finish a history report. I disliked history the most, and hated it when I had homework to do for the course. I always manage to procrastinate when it comes to history work, because I would rather be doing anything else besides it.
Opening up my school bag, I pull out my history book and my laptop. I have been putting this report off all week, and it is due tomorrow morning, so I need to get it finished. There is no pushing it back
