She can’t hear a damned thing with them locked in like that, not even through bone conduction. It took a while to get them programmed properly though,” he rumbled. “Basically, from now on, all she’ll be able to hear, when you permit it, is her own blood flow and that noise can be eliminated too, if you wish. They’re going to prove extremely controlling for her. Unless you change the settings, she’ll remain totally deafe
