Once upon a time, there lived a family of llamas. Father, mother, and Llamii. Llamii is the sweet, little main character of the story.
On a Sunday morning, Llamii had woken up in her pent with a growling from her stomach. She was hungry.
"I should have breakfast…!" Llamii thought.
Llamii got out of her pent and headed out. It was a lovely, sunny morning.
"I should tell mommy and daddy that I'm going out!"
Llamii called to her daddy, who was in the garden.
"Daddy, I'm going out…!"
Daddy llama turned to Llamii.
"Where are you going?" he asked.
"I'm going to the fruit garden." Llamii answers.
Daddy llama nods, "Bring some fruit back for me and mommy!"⁰
Llamii smiles, "Sure, Daddy!"
Llamii picks up a fruit basket on her way out of the barn.
Llamii trots her way along the path. She meets a hedgehog along the way.
"Oh, hello, little friend…!" She said.
"Hello!" the hedgehog replies.
"Are you going to the fruit garden?" Llamii asks.
"Yes, I am!" the hedgehog answers.
"Would you like to go with me?" Llamii offers.
"Yes, please…!" the little hedgehog nods happily.
Llamii and her new hedgehog friend go to the fruit garden. Llamii sets her hedgehog fri down.
"Here we are!" Llamii announces.
