The sun beating down from the afterlife"s sky was pleasantly warm. In fact, I"d go as far as saying that it was perfectly warm. Not too hot, not too cold. Which shouldn"t be a surprise, the weather here was always perfect. When it rained, it was refreshing, and it never grew hot enough for there to be any droughts. alwaysWhatever magic sustained this place held steady even after thousands of years. If only the weather on Earth was anywhere near as predictable. It would allow me to grow a better grape harvest there. But I knew that was part of the beauty of this place. Duat wasn"t Earth, if it was, then there would be nothing special about it. wasn"tI reached out and touched the vine in front of me, pleased to feel it responding to me. And that it seemed as if the fruit was nearly ready.
