Chapter 19:

Third Person POV

Nick was surprised by Emily kissing him. He didn’t know that’s how she felt about him. She left a lingering kiss, but Nick wasn’t done. He put both hands on either side of her face and kissed her back. The kiss was deep and passionate. He wanted her to know how he felt.

Emily was in absolute bliss. She could feel how much love Nick had for her. She loved the feel of his lips on hers. The kiss was getting heated. What was once just a deep kiss turned into full blown making out. Neither Emily nor Nick wanted to stop. Nick slowly brought one of his hands down to the hem of her shirt. He wanted to feel more of her. He ran his hand up her bare back. Pulling her closer to him.

Emily could feel his need just as much as she could feel hers. She put her hands under his shirt and traced his body. She tugged the bottom of his shirt indicating she wanted him to take it off. He obliged and threw it on the floor. She took off her shirt and tossed as well. They both loved the feel of their bodies touching each other.

Nick rolled over on top of Emily making sure not to put all of his weight on her. He moved her legs onto his hips. Emily could sense she was getting soaked. The alarm to get ready for school sounds. Emily wakes up first and turns the alarm off. Can we lay here all day?” He asks while cuddling her closer. “We can’t. I promised your parents that I’d do good in school if they let me stay here.” She giggled. After a reluctant couple of minutes they both get out of bed. Emily gets her clothes back on before heading back to her room to get ready for the day.

Emily closes her door and goes through what happened last night while looking for clothes. She has so many questions. Are they a couple now? Will he regret what they shared last night? She knows she doesn’t regret it. He was so gentle with her and it was his first too. Who knew, Emily thought he had girls come is way many times. She knows how they all look at him. She’s left pondering in thought on how their relationship with each other is now.

Nick is in the shower getting ready for the day. His mind drifts to all the events that happened last night. He never thought she liked him in that way, but last night proved him wrong on so many levels. He smiles remembering her perfect body under him and her sweet smell. He can’t believe they were each other’s firsts. He’s head over heels for Emily, but he doesn’t want to come on so strong. He feels maybe they should talk about everything before putting a label on them. He wants to be with her so bad, but they need to talk about everything and then talk to his parents about how they feel towards each other and if it would be an issue for her to continue staying with them once they are together officially. He does not want her to go homeless and would rather be her friend than have her living in a home where she isn’t wanted.
