“Would you like something to eat while you wait for Sam?” Sarah offers, Kiana and her husband stare at each other thoughtfully, “I was hungry but I have lost my appetite,” Kiana responds. “Me too,” Bryce follows. “Oh...okay, what about something to drink then, maybe a glass of carrot juice?”
Kiana figures Sarah won’t go away until they agree to have something. “Carrot juice will be lovely, thank you,” she simpers and Sarah strides away and returns with a tray holding two glasses and a jug of carrot juice, “you didn’t have to bring the whole jug,” Kiana chuckles, “I think she did right, I am suddenly feeling very thirsty I just might empty the whole jug by myself,” Bryce says.
