Bryce can note the look of disappointment across his wife's face. If she knew that Sam came close to denying her being his mother, it would crush her big time. He decides he will need to have another word with Sam to make sure he will never hurt his wife in that manner. "I understand your concerns but no matter what happens you need to remain proud of yourself because I am very proud of you. I know how hard it is for most women to love a child that does not share the same blood with them. But you have managed to love Sam like your own child and I hope no matter what happens Sam will never forget that," he says as he gently rubs his wife's shoulders.
