First Meeting, Bad Impressions

“You came in kinda quiet last night. Everything ok?” Star asked.

“I’m fineeee!” I exclaimed, hiding my truth from my beta.

“Let’s just get ready for the meeting.” I said , turning on the shower. The truth is all I’ve been thinking about was those blue eyes. Those deep blue eyes consuming every inch of me within it.

“I’ll get Hope and myself ready while your getting ready Alpha.” Star said. I quickly undressed and turned on the shower, adjusting it to be perfect. I wonder what it would feel like if he had just grabbed me or kissed me.

“Omg stop thinking about him!!” I yelled to myself inside my head, having a internal argument. Goddess had gave me a warning growl, letting me know that if I kept this up she would get mad. I stepped into the shower, hoping I would forget everything that happened. But all I could think about was him. I felt myself getting aroused. I inched my hand down to my entrance, and slow starting fingering my small tight hole. I used my thumb to rub my c**t as I picked up the pace with my finger, doing the same with my thumb to match the speed. I thought of how good he would look naked and how he would touch me. A small moan erupted from my mouth and I threw my head back.

“Gosh what am I doing..?” I thought as I quickly removed my hand and finished my shower.

“I won’t tolerate this, stupid mate bond!” I continued to yell at myself inside my head, but Goddess already took herself to the back of my mind and covered her ear. I guess she was sick of me complaining. I stepped out of the shower and wrapped myself into my robe. I quickly got dressed in sweats and put my hair into a bun. As soon as I walked out a voice came booming through my ears.

“You are not wearing that!” Star yelled frustratedly. Hope must have gave her a hard time.

“Gosh, you scared me.” I told her calmly. She went digging into her bag and pulled a dress and some heels.

“Put this on.” She told me, still holding frustration in her voice. I squeezed up my face, looking at the dress.

“Hell no-“ I began before she interrupted me, “I won’t hesitate to wrestle and put it on for you.” She said, angrily this time.

“Ugh, fine.” I said, not wanting to wrestle with my beta. I slipped the tight long sleeve black dress on that only went down to half of my thigh and slipped on the black heels. Star began brushing my hair into a pigtail, and handed me some lipstick that made my lips pop out with my eyes.

“Thanks star.” I said as she finished wrapping the rubber band around my head.

“No problem, you know I always got your back alpha.” She smiled. I stood up and started walking toward the car as my beta explained everything that would go on today.

“Hope is already strapped in.” She told me as we reached the door. I walked to the car door as a pack driver opened the door and I sat inside, scooting over and getting settled in. After star got in we drove off to the alpha meeting, not knowing what awaited us.

15 mins later

The car came to a stop and the door was opened by the driver.

“We have arrived.” He said briefly. We all exited the car and grabbed our items. I picked up Hope and we headed inside.

“This way.” My beta said as she guided me to the meeting room. I got this nervous feeling in my body but I shook it off, Goddess would be alarmed if anything happened. As soon as the door opened, all eyes were on me, my beta, and Hope.

“Someones wife is here.” I heard a group of guys laugh.

“She’s unmated with a kid? What a w***e,she shouldn’t be here.” I heard more people laughing. There were about 50-100 males there. And one other female who was also an alpha, her aura smelt sweet but deadly. Goddess released some of our alpha aura and the room went silent, the laughing stopped.

“This way alpha.” My beta said, directing me to my seat. I sat down and propped Hope upon my lap. Still feeling eyes on me I let out a small snarl, powerful enough to get people to stop staring. My aura never really affected Hope, it was like she was in a protective bubble so it never bothered her. Large footsteps interrupted everybody as they all stood up to bow.

“Pfft, bowing to another alpha? Pathetic.” I thought. The large footsteps led to the big chair on the side of the table.

“ALPHA OF MILLENNIUM” the chair said. I scoffed and rolled my eyes. I don’t know how I didn’t notice his scent, but it hit me like a bat to the face. I looked over at that same big chair to see those same eyes staring at me, with a smirk drawn across his face. I turned away, shocked and annoyed.

“You may all sit.” He said, his voice husky and deep. His hair was dark but light brown, his eyes were a deep sexy blue. He had a tall masculine figure, his muscles popped out of his arms as if his shirt would break any second. I studied his body like a book, and I knew he wanted to be read.

“You ok alpha?” Star whispered to me. But my mind was still stuck on whatever his name was. Goddess snarled inside of my head breaking me out of my thoughts. I had finally looked around me and saw several people were looking at me, they could smell my arousal.

“Yeah, I’m good.” I replied to my beta, trying to conceal my scent of arousal. But how could I when I felt his eyes smashing into my skin causing sparks, and I could sense a smirk still laid across his face. As if he was telling me I couldn’t escape from him, I was his prey. And I was waiting for him to pounce.

“So Alpha Faith, would you like to trade goods? My pack could use some of those herbs you pack land grows, I heard they were legendary.” The female alpha spoke to me.

“Of course, my pack could use some cotton and more meats.” I replied, look at the woman. She was beautiful, she had a nice shape, she also had deep blue eyes and dark but light brown hair. She kinda looked like what’s his face but I didn’t think much of it.

“Your name?” I asked her.

“Melody.” She said as I smiled at her.

“Your pup is beautiful.” She said, looking at Hope.

“She-“ I began, “Thank you! She is a good girl.” I said, not wanting anyone to know about my past. I looked over at my beta to see her looking at with a smile and nod, saying she understood.

30 minutes later

The meeting went by like a blur. We spoke about trades and created alliances. Hope was awake now, and everybody was standing up still making as make alliances and trades. I was still talking with Melody, who was smiling at Hope. Hope giggled at Melody and reached for her. Melody began cooing and playing with Hope who giggled louder and louder.

“Whore.” I heard someone whisper loudly to me, loud enough for hope to hear.

“W-w***e? what’s a w-w***e?” Hope asked Melody, Star gasped.

“A word I never wanna hear you saying again.” A snarled at her lightly, letting her know I was serious. She whimpered a little and looked down while Melody attempt to cheer her up. I walked up to the guy that called me a w***e.

“What the f**k did you just call me?” I growled at him, releasing my aura. He began laughing a little, but I could see the fear in his green eyes.

“What’s a short w***e like you gonna do to a man like me?” He asked, laughing loudly. I sighed and looked around me, I realized some people were laughing at what he said and everybody was watching. I looked at Melody and Star and nodded, as they covered Hope’s eyes and ears. I felt Goddess anger tearing through me, my nails turned into claws and my teeth turned into fangs. He slowly took steps back as I lounged at him.

Syncing my claws deep into his throat and ripping out his voice box. I chewed up his voice box and spit it out, leaving him barely alive but alive. People were gasping and looking at me with fear and anger. I grabbed a napkin from the table and began wiping the blood off as people rushed over to the hurt man. I felt those same eye staring a hole into my back, I turned around to see him staring at me as if he was trying to decipher something. I growled lowly but loud enough for him to hear, telling him to f**k off. I rushed back to Star, Melody and Hope.

“Hey can I have your number?” I asked Melody.

“Well that’s one way to pull a female.” She joked as I laughed at her. We traded numbers and joked around a little more before I reached out for Hope and she pulled away. I gasped at her action and looked up at Melody.

“Looks like I’m not the only one she likes anymore!” I chuckled. Melody chuckled too as Hope began hugging her.

“It’s time to go Hope, let’s go.” I told her, reaching out for her once again. This time she reached for me as well and I held her and hugged Melody goodbye. We began walking out until that same deep husky voice stopped me.

“So your just gonna hurt one of my soldiers and leave?” He said, holding all the anger out in his voice. I handed Hope to Star and continued walking until I felt two big hands wrap around my waist and push me against the car door, my ass being smudged against the window.

“What do you want? Let me go!” I growled at him. I turned my head away and attempted to push and kick him off but he turned my face to his and pinned my legs and hands.

“Why did you run from me?” He asked, holding back his anger as he pushed his nose into my neck, taking in my scent which lead him to smelling some of my concealed arousal. This man has some strong nostrils.

“I don’t have to tell you anything, get off!” I continue to try to fight him and the tingles off, that is until a little voice came up.

“Let her go, big meanie!” Hope said, punching him in his leg.

“Come back Hope!” Star said rushing over.

“Leave her.” He commanded her, in his alpha tone.

“I’m sorry alpha she ran while I was trying to strap her in.” My beta said while looking down.

“Don’t command my beta around!” I growled at him once more, still fighting.

“She yours?” He asked, staring at Hope.

“Why is that your business?” I snarled.

“Did someone f**k you, mate?” He growled at me, tighting his grip.

“Huh?! Did someone put their d**k inside you and get you pregnant?” He said as his hand wrapped around my neck in a s****l manner. He brought his lips to my ear,”Cause then you give me no choice but to f**k you merciless, and kill the punk that f****d you.” He growled lowly.

“Don’t speak like that in front of her!” I growled and snipped at him as my fangs began popping out. His eye stared deep into mines, they were staring deep into my soul, searching for an answer.

“Is this your mommy?” He looked down at Hope, who was still punching his leg.

“I won’t tell you, meanie!” She yelled. I smiled at her reply.

“She’s stubborn like you.” He whispered to me.

“Get off of me!” I yelled, hiding my truth. He let me go and I grabbed Hope, hopping into the car.

“I will find you, mate!” He yelled out to me. Which only made me move faster. I’ve never felt these emotions, or like this at all. I didn’t know if I should embrace it or be scared, what if he hurt me or Hope or Star?! We all rushed back to the hotel.

“Pack everything, we’re leaving. Now!” I commanded Star and my pack drivers. They frantically packed everything, knowing I was angry and wanted to leave. I sat inside the car , waiting for Star, Hope and my driver. But Goddess was itching to get out. I opened the door and shifted, running straight into the woods, blowing off all the steam I needed to blow off. I can’t f*****g believe he treated me like that. I don’t want them to think I’m weak.

“Your not as heartless as you think.” Goddess interrupted me.

I growled at her, “We wait for him for years and he never came. Now he comes back and acts as if he owns me!!” I yelled at her angrily. She could feel all my emotions, my pain, my everything.

“I believe if you give him a chance, good things will come to the both of us. And if you keep us away from our mate, it will only hurt us more.” Goddess whined calmly.

“But he left us there! Hurting! We had to build this empire by ourselves and I won’t let him take this away!” I argued back.

“He is our mate! For f***s sake, Faith. We can’t run from the bond. It will make me weak as a wolf and alpha. It will f*****g hurt each and everyday, knowing you had a chance to actually be happy and you let it go.” She growled at me. Her words sunk deep into my heart and tears welled in my eyes.

“I was happy, knowing I didn’t have a mate and fending for myself! The point is I grew learning to hate love and romance. You know my pain. I am happy, knowing that it’s just me, Hope, and Star and we will be happy. That we don’t need anybody! Why can’t you understand that?” I yelled at her.

“Because it will hurt the both of us, since we found our mate we will always mourn him no matter how much we hate him. I understand how you feel, I’ve always felt like that too. We are linked, we don’t always agree but I can feel what you feel and you can feel what I feel.” She said, showing me her truth as she felt mines. Her paws sunk deep into the earth as she halted.

“I think we should go back now.” She mumble as she started running back towards the hotel.

“Have my robe ready when I get back and please text Melody the pack location so we can plan out our trade.” I mind linked Star.

“And Goddess, I’ll think about it. I don’t know if I’ll overcome the way I feel, but since this is what you want and you’ve done so much for me, I’ll think about it.” I smiled at her and she picked and the pace and howled in happiness and acceptance. By the time we got back to the car, Star was there with a robe in her hands.

I shifted back and quickly put the robe on, not wanting anybody to see my scars. If there was one thing about me, I hated being naked in front of others. I had scars that were deeper than the sea itself and people would always say they looked nasty and I was too pretty for scars or they asked where the scars came from, which brought back painful memories.

I grabbed my phone and looked at Melody’s reply, “What time?” It said.

“1:00pm tomorrow.” I texted back as I hoped back into the car. Hope rushed onto my lap and began hugging me. I smiled at her and smelt her neck, taking in her scent. She smelt like vanilla, she must have used my shampoo, I sighed. Star hopped into the car as-well and we began driving back to the airport. I was excited to be getting back to my pack, I missed my females.

By the time we reached the airport and got settled onto the plane, Hope was sleep. I guess she was really tired or something about car rides and airplanes made her tired. And by the time we land and headed back to the pack, Star started dozing off too. I smiled at them, I swore I would protect them with my life.
