Summer was not far and that would mean the team would need to work really hard if they wanted to qualify. 3 days until we finally head to America so before they get too excited, I was drilling skills into their bodies.
I stood by the pool and watched bryony swim. She was determined I could see that she was putting in extra hours and it was showing.

She stood there with her hair tied up in a bun and a green juice in a cup. This is one conversation I wasn't looking forward to.
