Chapter 2

"Enough Dhruv!", I and Rakshak said together. "Leave it Pradhu", we heard other two voices.

"Did you guys said Pradhu?", we three asked the three girls.

"Did you guys said Dhruv?", the three girls asked us.

"Aiyu", I asked the girl who is standing next to me.

"Viku", she said. She had tears in her eyes.

"So my statement was right then. The monkey is back", Pradhu said.

"Well still you look like a chimpanzee", Dhruv started again.

"These two will never change", We all said together.

"Are you ok, Aathu", Rakshak asked her. So much love for his crush. Now, I get it why he has spark in his eyes.

"I am fine", Aathu said. She is still shy.

"So what are you girls doing here", I asked them.

"We just came here to visit the pond", Aiyu said.

"You guys didn't go to your palace. It is the opposite way.", Aathu said.

"We also came to visit the pond first", Rakshak gave her the reply.

"But we never thought we will see a chimpanzee", Dhruv added looking at Pradhu.

"Even we never thought that we will end up seeing a drunken monkey", Pradhu said looking at Dhruv.

We all sat near the pond remembering our old memories. This place is still the same.

"How was London and your business going?", Aiyu asked me.

"It is quite good. But I missed this place.", I told her.

"You guys got someone in your life?", Aathu asked looking at Rakshak.

"Well, Aarvik Anna (elder brother) got someone. Rakshak is single and ready to mingle...", when Dhruv was about to add further, "Definitely you would have not got anyone. Because no girl will be interested in a drunken monkey", Pradhu finished.

We all laughed for her statement. "Pradhu, leave him. Just now he returned.", Aiyu said.

"Learn something from Aiyu, see how caring she is", Dhruv said.

"First tell us about your special someone", Pradhu asked me.

I started to tell about my love of life.

CHAPTER 3

AITRI'S POV

I am so happy that my best friend is in love. I am damn sure that girl is so lucky to have him. He is a gem. I am waiting eagerly for him to explain about his love of life. He started to describe about her.

"Her name is Chaaya. I met her in my college. She was my junior. Everyone used to call her as Chiko. She is the daughter of one of the famous industrialists in India. She never shows off though. She will be coming here after three days.", Viku said.

"You can call her as Love sick puppy", Dhru said.

"Drunken monkey, that is called love.", Pradhu defended Viku.

"You should see her and then if you say the same, I accept that I am at fault", Dhruv said.

"For a change I go with Dhruv, he is saying right. That girl is really a love sick puppy", Raku supported Dhruv.

"We will see that after three days. You guys need some snacks. I have jamun fruit and some homemade pakodas.", I told them. I used to carry some snacks with me so that we can have them every day in pond.

"Wow! Aiyu, you are always sweet. Give me some", Dhruv literally snatched the boxes from me.

"Drunken monkey, leave some for us too", saying this Pradhu snatched it from him and passed it to Aathu. Aathu took some and gave it Raku. Love is in the air. Raku gave it to Viku.

"Yummy, who made these pakodas?", Dhruv asked while having his pakodas.

"If I say it's me what will you do?", Pradhu asked him.

"Chimpanzees don't cook", Dhruv gave her the reply.

"Aiyu is the one who made it", Aathu said.

"Your husband is going to be very lucky Aiyu. You cook very well", Dhru gave me his compliment.

"What you girls are doing now?", Viku asked all three of us.

"I am working as English teacher in our government school. Pradhu is working as Maths teacher and Aathu is working in administration office", I told him.

"That's great. So at last you can give punishment to Dhruv as you wanted Pradhu", Raku mocked Dhruv.

"I wonder how a chimpanzee could be a teacher", Dhruv started again to mock Pradhu.

"Even I wonder, how a drunken monkey could be a Prince of royal family", Pradhu gave her reply.

"You all three are here. I was searching for you everywhere.", a voice came.

We all six turned towards the voice. It was from the head accountant of royal family Thiyagaraj. His family is the traditional head accountants of royal family. Even his son Nilan studied Charted Accountant and now working as an Assistant under his father. Most of the people working for royal family are working for several generations.

"Hi uncle", all three of the Prince said together.

"Hi Princes. How are you?", he asked them.

"Uncle you can call by our names. How many times we said to you", Viku said.

"You all never changed even after staying in London for 13 years", Thiyagu uncle said.

"Aitri how are you dear? It has been a long time since we met.", Thiyagu uncle said looking at me.

"I am fine uncle. How are you? How is aunty and Nilan?", I asked him. Thiyagu uncle and my dad were good friends. He is the one who helped me to study after my parents death.

"They are all good dear. Is your aunty treating you good or still the same?", Thiyagu uncle asked me again.

"She didn't change still?", Raku asked me.

"Some people will never change it is in their blood", Pradhu said looking at me.

"Here you are, you good for nothing . It is almost 5.30 pm", a voice echoed.

It was my aunt. I totally didn't notice the time after seeing my old friends. Today she is going to kill me with her words. She came near us then only she noticed the three Princes and Thiyagu uncle.

"Ambika, she is just here. Why are you shouting as if someone passed away", Thiyagu uncle asked my aunt.

"Sorry Anna(elder brother), I didn't notice that you are all here. Moreover I just got so worried for her as she didn't return home. You know how the village is nowadays.", my aunt said. Such a lie. She was just searching because I have to go and do all the house hold works now.

"We are at fault aunty. Don't scold her", Viku said. "Who are you?", my aunt asked him.

"Ambika, they are the Princes of royal family. They returned from London today only", Thyagu uncle said.

"OMG! The Princes", she bowed.

"What happened to you all? We are still the same people who used to do all notorious things in this village. Stop calling us as Princes and try to call us by names. Thiyagu uncle first tell this to all the village people", Raku said firmly.

"Also say that chimpanzee alone will call me as Prince Your highness", Dhruv said looking at Pradhu.

"My foot I will call you as Your Highness. You are always drunken monkey. I am leaving", saying this she stood up to leave.

"We will see tomorrow.", I also started to leave.

"Bye girls. We feel happy that at least you guys are calling us like the same", Viku said.

Then we all left. I went to my home. My aunt started to sing her normal song that is her taunts about me, how shameless I am to talk to the young boys that too after getting dark. I got used to all these things.

I made dinner to all of us. We had and then slept. I hope tomorrow will be a better day.

AARVIK'S POV

I am happy that I met all my friends today. We left for palace after meeting them. Our family was waiting for us all this while. I went and got blessings from my grandmother. She is the eldest of my family. I went and hugged my father and mother. My mother was totally in emotional mode. She is seeing me after 13 years after all except our video calls.

"You totally forgot your mother Viku", my mother complainted. "No mom, how can I forget the most beautiful women in my life", I said. "Liar, that's why you all three went and met your childhood friends and returned home", she said looking at all three of us. I was shocked.

"Don't look perplexed. Thiyagu already messaged about your whereabouts while you all were driving here.", my dad said.

"So, as we guessed you have feelings for Aitri right", my aunty Parvathi asked looking at me.

"I wish that was true mom. But bro already got a love sick puppy in London", Dhruv said.

"We thought you love Aiyu, you used to ask about her even after you left for London", my uncle Sarang said.

"She is my best friend. It is not like you all think", I told them.

"When are we going to meet our future DIL?", my mother asked me.

"She will come here in three days mom", I told her.

"Aarvik, we have to discuss something to you before we meet your love", my grandmother said.

"Sure, tell me", I said to her. "Mom, just now he came let us discuss this tomorrow.", my dad said.

"Go and get freshen up. We made all your favourite dishes.", My aunty said.

I left to my room. It is still the same. I missed this place. Whatever luxuries I had in London is nothing in front of the peace I get in my village. I got freshen up. We had dinner actually my mom fed me. She was in tears all the while when she was feeding me.

I slept in my bed. Tomorrow I should roam around my village. And also should speak to Aiyu. Having all these thoughts, my eyes dosed off.

AUTHOR'S POV

"Sahas. Why did you stop me?", the great queen asked her son.

"Mom, today only he came and moreover I wonder whether he will believe in all these stuffs", Sahasrabani said

"If he don't believe then he will also go through the same what you have gone through", the great queen said.

"No mom, I won't let that happen to my son. I know how much it will be hard for him to take the news but he have to accept", Sahasrabani said.

"We will talk to him about this tomorrow", the great queen said.

"No mom. I think it will be better if we speak about this when his lover also comes here", Sahasrabani said.

"Fine. We will wait till then", the great queen said.

They all left for their bed after this conversation. They don't know what was waiting for them...

CHAPTER 4

AITRI'S POV

I woke up and did my daily routine. I was going to school suddenly a bike stopped on my way. It was Viku. He got down from the bike.

"How did you get the bike?", I asked him. "I already told dad to get me a bike. I feel it will be better to travel in bike on our village more than a car. You know our village girls will look at me and start to fantasize about me", Viku said.

"Liar, I know you just want to go around with your Chiko now.", I teased him. He blushed.

"OMG! The great Prince Aarvik is blushing. I should take a picture, so that I can tease you with that, all my life", saying this I took out my phone and took a picture of him. "What are you doing? Delete the picture now. How did you get an Android phone?", he asked me.

"Hello Mr. Aarvik, nowadays any one can have Android phone. And deleting the picture is out of list. I will show this to your Chiko too", I told him.

"You are impossible.", he said.

"That I know", I told him.
