I stood there watching as Jay pushed my father's body off his. There was blood everywhere and more pouring out of my father's neck. I couldn't seem to move. No one seemed to move. My phone started ringing in my pocket and I had a feeling that it was my mother. She would know what happened. She would feel the mate bond break. The pack would know as well. They would feel the Alpha bond break. I, however, felt nothing at this moment. I didn't feel guilty for killing him, not yet anyway.
