I held the door for people to enter the ballroom. It's where we are holding my father's funeral. Most of the pack don't know what happened but there were plenty of rumors flying around. I have ignored most of them and chose not to address them. I had been running things in the pack with the help of Jay and between the two of us everything seemed to be running smoothly. My mother flew in yesterday with my aunt and uncle. My mom had yet to speak to me.
My uncle said she isn't doing well right now and to not take offence. He said that he would handle her and make sure that she stayed safe and would send her home when she was ready.
