Aiden chuckled as he watched Niara hurriedly remove her shoes and start running barefoot on the white sand when they reached the private beach house he drove them to three hours later. He shook his head and picked up her shoes then calmly followed her, giving her a minute to herself before he walked to her side.
She stopped at the edge of the water and giggled when the warm water started touching her toes. She watched the sand slip between her toes and cover her feet as the soft waves rolled in and out then raised her head to the pink skies.
He watched as she closed her eyes and breathed in the cold and salty air. The orange and pink hues of the sunset played on her soft skin. Her silky hair fluttered with the wind and a little smile formed on her cherry lips. He couldn't help but smile
