The Meeting

Jungkook just arrived at his office, another day to start working. Make a progress, that's his plan for today. Know his own employees and start with the paper works that was given to him by Mr.Wang yesterday. On his first day he already have paper works to do, Just wow, he though. Yesterday he doesn't count that as his very first day at work, yesterday just a normal day for him. Walking through the building of his dad, well he always do this when he was still in high school not having interest to his own surroundings. The only deference now is that people who pass by him always bow to him.

" When do i start? " he asked himself. He grab the top most file on the pile in front of him. 'Employees Profile' , that's what was written.

' Why not start knowing my own employees first. ' he thought. He remembered that he asked for this files to Mr.Wang. He wanted to familiarize his self with the people that surrounds him. With that he'll know to whom would he go if there's a problem or something that he needs regarding some matter.

While he was about to start to scan the file, there was a knock on his door. He muttered ' Come in ' as he continued to scan the file. The door opened revealing Mr.Wang with an all smile. Jungkook wondered why, is he that motivated to his job? , he thought.

" Good morning Mr.Jungkook. " he greeted Jungkook.

" Good morning to you too Mr.Wang. " Jungkook greeted back with a smile on his face. He wanted to be like Mr.Wang, to be dedicated with his work.

" I'm just here to let you know that we already hired your personal secretary. " he explained.

" Good to hear that. " Jungkook replied.

" We held an interview yesterday and I think this person is well suited to this position. " Mr.Wang said.

" I'm looking forward to who ever is that person Mr.Wang. " Jungkook replied.

" If you're not contented with the performance, its still up to you sir if you're going to fire your secretary and we're going to hire another person for the specific job. " Mr.Wang explained.

" Okay Mr.Wang, I'll keep that in mind. " Jungkook replied.

" That would be all sir. Your secretary will start working this afternoon. I'll be the one to accompany your secretary here. " Mr.Wang said.

" Got it Mr.Wang. Maybe before lunch I'll be going to meet with the managers and supervisors, so that I'll get to know them. " Jungkook said.

" That's a good idea sir. How about you'll have your lunch with them? You can talk while you're having your lunch. " Mr.Wang suggested.

" That would be great. " Jungkook replied, glad that Mr.Wang is giving him a hand.

" I'll prepare the conference room then. " Mr.Wang said.

" Thank you Mr.Wang, you can also come join us later. " Jungkook said happily, grateful that his father has such reliable secretary.

I want my secretary to be reliable as he is.

" I'll be glad to accept your offer sir. " Mr.Wang replied with a smile on his face.

" See you later then Mr.Wang. Please tell them that we'll be having a lunch meeting later. " Jungkook said and he return his attention to the file he was reading awhile ago.

" Get to start moving. Thank you sir. " Mr.Wang said before taking his leave.

Jungkook is taking his time reading the profiles. With that he will know what he'll going to ask to the managers and supervisors later during their lunch meeting. His task for himself during the meeting is to know the employees capacity on their job and also know the current happenings in the company, its like hitting two birds with one stone.

Thirty minutes before the meeting, Jungkook could already feel that his palm is sweating, he is nervous. Who wouldn't be? Its his first time meeting the managers and supervisors, let alone being the COO of their company. He's hoping that he will not make any mistake during the meeting.

He walked to the bar to grab a glass of water to calm his self. He drink it on one go, he feels like he really need it refresh his body after running for a long time. There was a knock on the door.

" Mr.Jeon, they're already at the conference room waiting for you. " Mr.Wang said as he entered the office.

As Jungkook entered the room, all eyes are on him. He feels like turning back and return to his office. He think whether his decision to held a meeting on his first day is a good idea. As he walks to his seat, eyes are still on him. He wanted the floor to swallow him. All members stand and greeted him.

" Welcome Mr.Jeon. " They all greeted.

" Here's a small gift from us. Our little way to welcome you here. We're looking forward to work with you. " a woman said while handling him a box.

" Oh, no need for this. But thanks anyways. " Jungkook said with a smile, he kinda feel relief. "Ms.Chaeyoung right?"

" Yes sir. " she replied.

They took their sit after Jungkook thanked them one by one. Recalling their names, if ever he already remember all of them. Hopefully he did.

" I gathered you here to ask you all about how is our company doing. Can you give me an overview based to what department you're assigned. And also some problems that we're facing now. " he stated.

One by one they're reporting to what Jungkook had told them to tell him about. Telling him the standing of their company and the problems they are facing recently. Jungkook is giving them questions from time to time. Asking them to why such a problem occur and how they solved the said problem that they encountered. He also asked them some suggestions from them to how can they prevent further problems to occur.

The meeting went well, all the managers and supervisors met Jungkook's expectations to them, and he's glad.

" I would like to thank you all for participating in this said meeting. I know its kinda rush. " Jungkook thanked them. " Now we'll be having our lunch together, Mr.Wang already prepared that. Lets all eat and enjoy. "

After the successful meeting, Jungkook decided to went directly to his office. He slam his body to the couch. He was glad that nothing went wrong during the meeting. He didn't stutter, he's nervous after all. He took a deep breathe and took his self a glass of water. He entered his comfort room to wash his face. He get a towel to dry it off.

There was a knock on his door.

" Come in. " he shouted, not too loud, just enough that the person could hear him.

" Mr.Jeon, here is your secretary. " Mr.Wang said a little louder.

Jungkook came out from his comfort room, still wiping his face with a towel.

" You may take your sit. " he offered as he placed the towel on the rack near the comfort room's door.

He slowly walked to his swivel chair Still not sparing them any glance. He took a sit and opened his computer.

" Mr.Jeon, he will be your secretary. "

Jungkook took some files from his drawers and faced Mr.Wang, and to his surprise.

" This is Kim Taehyung. " Mr.Wang introduced.

" Kim Taehyung. " Jungkook mumbled.
