People always say that single children are selfish, lonely, and lucky because their parents give them more love, care, and everything they ask for. Yes, maybe that part is true. But people only see the outside, not the shadow behind it.
What they don’t see is the silence. They don’t see the pain of watching cousins laugh, fight, protect, and care for their siblings while you stand alone with nobody beside you in that way. Sometimes it hurts more than words can explain.
She always heard bad opinions about herself from second and third persons. No matter what she did, someone always had something negative to say. People judged her without truly understanding her life or her feelings.
To that 10-year-old girl who once believed there was no talent inside her, life slowly proved her wrong. The same girl who doubted herself grew up into someone who could confidently express her thoughts and emotions.
Today, she is a good communicator and also an author, turning her feelings, memories, and pain into words. The girl who once stayed silent now has a voice strong enough to tell her own story.
Life will become hard and painful at times, but never let pain make you stop living. No matter how alone, broken, or misunderstood you feel, keep moving forward. One day, you will realize that the struggles you cried over quietly became the reason for your strength.
